Situated in Okaloosa Island, this attractive condo for R 7,368 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Water's Edge 317 offers visitors an oasis from the busyness of life. Come relax and unwind at this beautiful three bedroom, three bath condo located on Okaloosa Island. Beach service, which includes two chairs and an umbrella, in season (March 1-October 31). There are two additional chairs in the unit. The spacious living and dining area has plenty of seating and boasts amazing views of the beach and water. There is a 55" TV and Blu-ray/DVD player for your enjoyment. The balcony offers a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico. Morning coffee or evening meals can be enjoyed outdoors in one of the four chairs available. The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs. The large pantry provides plenty of space for your food, snacks, beach towels, etc. Don't feel like cooking...the condo is located close to Stewby's, A.J.'s, Old Bay Steamer, and The Gulf restaurants. There is also a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. WIFI is included in the unit. The Master Bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and balcony access, as well as an attached bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower which is wheelchair accessible, a jacuzzi tub, two sinks, and a walk in closet. The bedroom also has a 40" LG TV and Blu-ray/DVD player. The second bedroom has a king sized bed, large closet, and a 40" LG TV and Blu-ray/DVD player. It is conveniently located adjacent to the hall bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen sized bed, plenty of closet space, and a 32" LG TV. This bedroom has an attached bathroom with a stand up shower. The hallway bunk area is perfect for young children or teenagers. The bunks are located across the hallway from the bathroom that has a full sized tub/shower and a spacious area for getting ready. The bunk area has lights for reading and space below to store suitcases. The sleeper sofa in the living area provides room for two guests. Two parking passes are available during your stay. There is a 4 level parking deck, which allows for three levels to be covered from weather. The condo is conveniently located on the third floor which offers a covered walk from your vehicle to the condo door. One of the pools is heated seasonally. Keyless entry. Weekly rentals (Saturday to Saturday) are preferred. We will consider shorter lengths when they are close to the arrival date. This is a Non-Smoking unit. No Pets Allowed. This was the nicest condo we have stayed at. Place was clean! Beds were comfortable! Very spacious! Parking garage was nice. Small spots, but that has nothing to do with the condo. Would definitely stay here again.

Upon arrival there were no surprises compared to the photos online. There were 6 of us and the space never felt crowded. The location to the beach is amazing as well as the view from the balcony. The balcony is not very large but perfect for 2 or 3 people to enjoy together. Parking on the 3rd floor is ideal especially if you are unpacking or packing a car. Small amenities were greatly appreciated (coffee filters, sugar packets, extra beach towels, extra beach chairs, shampoo, plenty of bath towels) all contributed to a great stay. The only minor complaint is the condo could have been cleaner, nothing major but sand was not only on the floor but kitchen table, coffee table and countertops. Over all it was a perfect week and we would definitely stay again!!

3rd year coming to Waters Edge at Fort Walton Beach. This unit was by far my absolute favorite property, owners were amazing. Me and my family had the best week. View’s awesome. Very clean. Supplies were very abundant. Even clothes soap & dryer sheets. Shampoo, sink soap. What???
4 chairs in closet. Helped us all to be at beach together.
Owners went above and beyond to try to get me my 2 inhalers that I left behind at my condo. She is mailing to me and will not let me reimburse her. That is a huge bonus in today’s society. You just don’t expect that kind of kindness anymore. If you don’t rent this condominium, you will miss out
the cousin crew 2022. Had the best week, greatly due to our condominium and the owners. Great communication with us , I will definitely be going back to this unit. The family owners made me super humbled.

It was a great property roomy, great location and wonderful host! The condo was unfortunately not clean😢 the floors were awful we had to sweep and mop as soon as we got in.. the baseboards were nasty and we felt like with having little ones on the floor we had to clean the unit ! Who ever you guys are using for cleaning needs to be reevaluated because their work is unsatisfactory in our opinion! I would reconsider renting this unit again if I thought some deep cleaning was done and kept up after each guest left !

loved the condo. very well equipped but we had a crawling baby and the floors were horrible we mopped the floor before we let her down not just sand the bottom of our feet had to be washed after walking from the door ( where we removed our shoes) to the living room cleaning service is not doing their job

My family and I have been coming to Destin/Fort Walton beaches for six year's. This is by far our favorite condo. Easy check-in, great communication, cleanliness was five star, well equipped and parking is very convenient. Also the pool, restrooms at the pool and grounds are very clean and while keep.

This place was the perfect location in the building, as well as, a perfect place at Fort Walton. My friends and I enjoyed our week on the emerald waters with our babies. This place was also super accommodating. There are beach chairs, a pack-n-play, beach toys, etc etc. Will definitely stay here again!

As someone who has used rental properties all over, here is a big indicator of a great place: Hosts were not needed at all! We literally had no reason to reach out for them with either a question or a concern.
We checked in on the appointed day, checked out on the appointed day and everything worked and was exactly as presented. Be a good guest and Read and follow their posted instructions and tips.
4 people Stayed here for Easter break, 2 dads and their teenage sons. Plenty of space and comfort for each.
Kitchen is well appointed and easy to navigate.
The climate control worked perfectly and all appliances were flawless.
The condo complex is well kept and support staff were pleasant. The beach was beautiful and the view is exactly as presented in the photos. The beach chairs and umbrellas were set up every morning and you simply walk down and enjoy your day in the sun.
The grilling area worked perfectly, but is on the other side of the property. Certainly Not an issue, but plan for a walk (3 flights of stairs and the width of the property) with your grilling food and accoutrements.
The area is classic Florida beach community with local dining, surf/swim shops, and an amazing assortment of beach/water activities for all ages.
The local dining spots all range in quality and service from the exceptional and excellent to decent street fare; not one was bad!
We rented a pontoon boat for an afternoon, loaded up music, drinks and snacks and simply motored around the islands, canals, and beach fronts.
There is ample food and beverage stores and supplies less than 15 minutes away. Literally anything you may need for your stay. We purchased food-stuffs from the local store with access to plenty of everyday products to extravagant drinks, cigars, and beverages.

Property exactly as described. Excellent gulf front location and very quiet. Easy access from the parking garage to the unit. Unit had everything needed including plenty of towels and dishes. Beach service was great and even extra chairs in the unit! Host very responsive and had great dinner recommendations. Hope this unit is available next time we are in the area!

Every Thanksgiving I bring my family with me to Florida. It’s my Christmas gift from my husband. This year in this condo was the best trip yet. This condo had everything that we needed. It’s put together very well. We normally have to go buy soap, toilet paper, beach toys, condiments, laundry soap, etc. All of these things were in the condo on arrival. There’s a baby pack and play should you bring a small child. I was so happy with this experience. I hope we can stay again sometime. Thank you for the memories!

The property managers/owners were lovely to communicate with! The condo has an amazing view and is well equipped! I could go on and on about how wonderful it is.

Great spacious condo with beautiful view
This property was perfect for our family of 4 who wanted their own space. Location is perfect, close to everything. View was gorgeous. Short walk to the beach and pool. Beach chair/umbrella service was an added plus. You can park on the same floor, don't have to lug all your stuff on the elevator. Condo had everything we needed except a hair dryer. Would definitely rent again if we return to the area.
