Interior amenities include washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, central heat & air, 4 Smart TV's with streaming capabilities ( 3 with live local cable), DVD player, WIFI & ceiling fans. Exterior amenities include an outside shower, screen porch & covered porch. This unit has a lower level bed & bath room which has its own separate entrance. This is strictly a ***NON SMOKING*** home and allows up to 2 dogs for an additional Fee. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING

Remove carpet as they are not pet friendly, repair railings around the front porch as they are a big hazard and finally, replace stairs at entrance they are super challenging, felt like I might fall down with every trip up and down. House has great potential but needs some work,

This property is perfect for large families! There were 6 adults and 2 children that stayed very comfortably in the home. Its been 20+ years since we did a family vacation and this house helped reignite the desire to do it each year! This was our first visit to sunset beach and we will be back, Hopefully in this house! The house was clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. The house never felt cramped when we were all upstairs making the several family dinners that we made that week or when we were just relaxing after a walk on the beach. We all loved the screened in porch for quiet nights in the cool air or waking up to the beachy breeze. We could not have asked for a better vacation than the one we had at this home. Thank you for the memories and we hope to be back next year!
