Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was quite large and comfortable for our family group of 16. The kids loved the pool right outside the back door. The Ocean right across the street with a beach access right in front of the house was so wonderful. Bob was a gracious host that cared about our satisfaction with the house, and we couldn't have asked for any better service from the staff at ODVR.

Plenty of room, beds for everyone, very clean and just a quick walk across the street to the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a coffee and relaxing.

Check-in was a breeze and located a few blocks from the beach house. The location is perfect! The beach is directly across the street from the house. The owner provided beach chairs, unbrellas and a beach wagon. Usually we have to pack these items when staying at other beach house rentals. We sipped coffee each morning and enjoyed evening cocktails nightly on the large porch. You can see and hear the ocean waves from the second floor porch. The kitchen has everything needed to make family meals and is well-stocked. I Highly recommend this property. The new bathroom is beautiful. We highly recommend renting this house. We plan to return next year!

It is comfortable for a group, and easy to maintain when cooking and dining. Although we did not take advantage of the pool and grills we were impressed by their availability had we needed them. ODVR is probably the nicest and most accommodating host we have ever worked with, answering our questions and needs during our stay, and maintaining contact even after office hours. Overall, a great experience!

We had no issues finding the property as the directions were spot on. Very clean place, the owner offers everything you need for a stay at the beach it is well accommodated. The pool felt amazing, the water was great. Nice to have a pool available and the beach within less than a minutes walk. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to have the best vacation of their life.

Fantastic 4th of July Family Vacation for my family & I. It was a vacation for my parents, siblings & our kids. Everyone had a great time!! We rented the top & bottom. We were within walking distance to the beach & the house was equipped anything we needed at the beach. The pool was nice also for those who didn’t want to go to the beach or a late afternoon swim. The grills were convenient to cook for 10 people. Kitchen had any cooking/dish we needed. Everyone was very comfortable & enjoyed our stay!!
