Venice is not to be missed.

15 minutes from the train and 20 minutes to st Marks piasso. Beautiful building and the room was well appointed. Breakfast hit the spot each morning. Staff very helpful.

The beds in the triple room were rock hard.

Happy Venice Stay

Friendly staff made us feel welcomed and held our bags before and after check-in / check-out. Our rooms connected via 2 doors opening to a small shared hall type area that was private.

No complaints. It's what was described in the booking.com listing.

Great location and a lovely place to stay in Venice, with a fabulous breakfast.

Good information provided pre stay. Friendly and helpful staff. The fabulous breakfast and the beautiful dining room with classical music playing.

The flight of stairs to get to hotel level! But the climb was definitely worth it.

Clean, spacious, friendly- Feels like home

The hotel is in a nice quiet tucked in area of Venice. Major sights are all within a 10-20min walk which in Venice its what you do, walk! Great pizza shop just around the corner & mini mart nearby as well. The hotel itself is adorable & staff are very professional and friendly. As soon as you enter the hotel lobby it feels like home. Breakfast is a selection of breads, cereal, yogurt, boiled eggs and coffee. This is pretty typical in Italy and very generous in this hotel with a formal seated service in the lobby. The rooms are spacious, clean & beautiful Venetian style. You feel transported in time in a good way. All the little touches were there, slippers, safe box, extra blankets/pillows, toiletries, hair dryer, mini bar. Extra special thank you to Francesca at reception who’s communication with us was excellent regarding our arrival. She shared so much information & was quick to coordinate after hours check in as our trip into Venice took longer than we expected. My wife & I will highly recommended Locanda Sant’Agostin to anyone visiting Venice & will definitely stay during future trips.

Beautiful hotel with really nice staff

Beautiful atmosphere throughout the hotel. Felt very classy considering its not an expensive hotel.

Only thing I can fault are the pillows but those are down to personal preference.

Staff and room service.

Room a little bit cold and the sheet that covers the blanket was only on one side. (bed sheet and on top of it the blanked that was old and rugged.

Excellent Bfast though a lot packaged Great big bed Quite quiet Right in the city Very nice and helpful staff

You need to like the setting. Basically 6 rooms around the Bfast room, all very Italian style

being able to a arrive by water taxi from the airport was so wonderful and the location is within a 10-20 min walk from basically all the major locations! staff was amazing and the breakfast was yummy

Staff was nice and breakfast simple, but good!

No elevator, but not really a problem if you don’t have a heavy bag.

Absolutely loved it and would happily return to this hotel!

Excellent breakfast served at the hotel with large coffees available; great way to start the day. Convenient location near train station and close to Rialto. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, and allowed us to store bags in the hotel on our last day. AC issues were fixed promptly. Ceilings are high and beautifully plastered, and the room is overall spacious.

Wonderful, beautiful hotel and amazing staff! Perfect stay!

Beautiful hotel in San Polo, Venice! The staff is excellent, very pleasant and helpful! We had two nice rooms, side by side, with a view of a canal. Great area with shops and restaurants all around! We loved Pizza 2000 just a few doors down for take-out! Nice breakfast, very clean rooms and perfect location! Can't wait to return!

The hotel was perfect, but the lobby is up a flight of stairs. It wasn't a problem for us but if you have mobility issues, it's something to consider.

Exceptional

I can recommend this hotel to anyone. The service was fantastic. I was sick when I first arrived, and they were happy to provide room service. They answered all tourist-type question with a smile and a flourish. I’m sure they have answered the same questions a million times but you would never know that. Location was phenomenal and the price was extremely affordable. Clean, clean, clean! We loved it. Great breakfast—-very generous.

The location was excellent for exploring Venice. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and our room was spotless. The room was very Venetian with the decor !

Unfortunately, there was no view from our room. Very noisy at night with the windows open, but that was the cost for fresh air. Breakfast was very basic, but staff did superbly well and nothing was too much trouble.
