About this house rental
Our 4 bedroom 2 bath beach cottage is centrally located only two blocks from all the restaurants, activities and beach. Comfortable back porch, or try the cozy enclosed porch to enjoy a good book or some people watching. This home has been in our family for 3 generations (over 60 years). My mother grew up in the house and we hold it close to our hearts. The home is located on the Corner of Bayard Ave and Munson. 7-10 min walk to the beach, Funland and 5 minute walk to Rehoboth Ave. The home features 4 bedrooms: 2 kings, 1 queen, and 2 twins. All beds have protectors, mattress pads, quilts and pillows. 5 new TVs with Premium Cable and High Speed Wireless Internet. It has two newly renovated bathrooms. The house has a great private deck on the back with a grill and outdoor shower. We have one off street parking space and an additional parking passes for the street. ability to fit four cars. If your traveling with children we have some amenities available to help lighten the traveling load please reach out for more information Bed Linens and bath towels are included all year We are now welcoming responsible pet owners to bring their well behaved dog with them to stay. There is a $150 pet fee and additional $50 for second dog.

We absolutely enjoyed this property at 301 Bayard in Rehobeth beach. The decor was right up our alley, we are four older ladies, and everything was so comfortable.

Pretty much everything we needed for a nice (partial) week at Rehoboth with our son, daughter-in-law and sixteen month old grandson. Property owner provided child items. Home was plenty roomy and well-supplied.

A short stay for my sister and our teenage kids - location is amazing, owners were very communicative, and everything was in order when we arrived. House is adorable and just what we needed. Only issue - we had a fuse blow in an outlet when I plugged in a hair dryer, but the owner answered our call immediately and they came out to fix right away. Would stay again (and if you haven't been to Rehoboth, it's the best!!)

The cottage is exactly as advertised. The house is in an excellent location and a short walk to the beach and steps to great restaurants. The house was clean on arrival and the home was very spacious. We utilized the kitchen majority of our stay which had all the essential items needed to make a meal including a propane grill. Christy was very accommodating to our requests and easy to communicate with. Looking forward to staying here again!

The house was exactly as advertised and is a great location for beach and boardwalk access. Even when there were small issues (e.g. one of the windows wouldn’t close properly) Christy was extremely responsive and enjoyable to work with. The sunroom was particularly delightful. My group of 8 very much enjoyed our stay!

This is a lovely, classic Rehoboth home with charm and tasteful updating. It's very convenient and easy walking distance to both the heart town and the beach and boardwalk. The host was gracious and very responsive.

Our family met at this home for a week of relaxing, going to the beach, fishing and going on long walks. Everyone agreed it was a great location - 2 blocks to town, 2 blocks to the beach, and easy driving distance to fishing locations. The house was a comfortable place to relax together in the evenings. We all had a great time.

This beautiful place was like visiting at a well-appointed and well-loved home. There was plenty of room to gather most or all (8) of us, or to separate out in smaller groups in the sunroom or back patio. We walked everywhere we wanted to go with ease (ages 7-63), including the beach and the main retail area. We all loved it, and hope to return next year.

Summer Fun
The property exceeded our expectations. House was welcoming, cozy, comfortable and very clean. Christina, prop manager, was easy to reach and very responsive. Loved the fact that the house was within easy walking distance to beach and to downtown restaurants and activities. Very happy we chose this house as our Rehoboth destination this summer.

Great location, charming home
We enjoyed our stay very much. Loved the location and found the house to be cozy and comfortable. We were 8 adults so made good use of all the house and spaces available. We especially liked the proximity to the town center and the beach.
We also liked the back deck. Though not large it was just enough for us (although you may need some folding chairs if you need sitting for more than four).
We prepared several meals at home and found the kitchen to be just fine.
One drawback is the absence of central air conditioning, so it was a bit of a challenge to get the right temperature, although the window units worked well.
We will certainly consider coming back!

Bikes, Birds and Beaches
We love staying in this cozy Rehoboth Beach cottage: we can conveniently bike the Gordon's Pond Trail into Cape Henlopen State Park or the Junction and Breakwater Trail up to Lewes, exploring the beaches and bird-watching along the way. At the end of the day, we stroll to one of the nearby eateries for tasty local cuisine. What could be better?!

This vintage cottage is cozy, well-equipped and perfectly located to bike to Cape Henlopen State Park, Gordon's Pond or Lewes - or walk to the beach in Rehoboth or a variety of good restaurants.

Perfect Location and Fabulous Gathering Place
My family loved the charm and location of this cottage. The back porch was perfect for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. The house was clean and welcoming, with pleasing appointments. Very comfortable and large enough for everyone to have privacy.
So easy to walk to restaurants, the beach, Funland, etc. Perfect location. We will definitely return again soon!

The living room and dining room in this house are comfortably furnished and the kitchen adequately equipped. However, the older adults in our party found the upstairs king beds to be very soft. In addition, the downstairs queen bed is very high off the floor, making it hard to get into.

The house has window AC units, which worked really well. We had a few hot days and had no problems keeping cool. The kitchen had everything we needed for a few at-home meals during the week.

House was adorable and perfectly located for walking everywhere. We especially enjoyed the sunroom for coffee and the beautiful hydrangea that surround the yard and deck. There is even a resident cardinal that visits each day. We have stayed in many rentals in town and found this one to be the most clean upon arrival of any of our rentals so far. We had a great stay! The first thing we noticed was how clean and well maintained this house is kept. It’s obviously professionally managed and well cared for. Lovely side yard away from the street where we saw baby bunnies and a cardinals nest while we relaxed in the shade. Lovely home, great location, great communication.
