Magnifique hôtel

Magnifique hôtel calme et situé à côté des principaux monuments à visiter. Le personnel est adorable. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié . Coin cosy et isolé pour les fumeurs. Belle piscine. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Un grand merci au personnel.

Super séjour au cœur du vieux Istanbul

Notre chambre avec canapé lit parfaite ! L’espace piscine est beau est très agréable ! Personnel au petit soin et toujours disponible…le rooftop est superbe avec un bon petit déjeuner. Emplacement parfait en plein cœur du vieux Istanbul beaucoup de restaurant aux alentours !

Seuls bémols : coussins vraiment trop dur… un peu frais dans le restaurant quand il n’y a pas le chauffage

Great stay

Great location close to Aya Sophia. Attentive staff and great service. The pool was excellent and not busy at all. Hotel's restaurant had excellent food. The buffet breakfast was nice.

Toller Städtetrip. Netter Service, besonders tolle Lage.

Die Lage des Hotels ist großartig. Man kann alles fussläufig erreichen. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Auch der kleine Spa und Wellnessbereich hat uns gefallen, da wir an einem Tag nicht so schönes Wetter hatten und so einen nette Zeit dort hatten.

Wenn man überhaupt was sagen kann, waren mir die Preise oben in der Bar zu teuer. Aber man muss ja nicht hingehen, von daher kein richtiger Kritikpunkt.

Superbe hôtel avec restaurant avec vue sublime sur le bosphore sur le "roof top". Personnel très aimable, disponible et serviable. Nous avons eu de l'aide avant et pendant notre séjour pour réservation des transferts d'aéroport, visites et massages dispo sur place. Piscine intérieur pour relaxation après des journées de visite. Emplacement au top à distance a pied des monuments historiques et près des petits restaurants sympas. Restaurant sur place de très bonne qualité également. Chambres propres, literie de très bonne qualité, fruits, café et thé dispo dans la chambre et touts les petites attentions qui font la différence. Nous avons été absolument ravi de notre passage a L'Admiral Palace et le recommandons chaleureusement !

Que le soleil n'a pas brillé les 3 jours ;-)

I will definitely come back here again

Everything was perfect! I do recommend this hotel, I really enjoyed my stay. The stuff is very attentive and friendly, perfect location, the rooftop restaurant is amazing too! I wasn’t there but I ordered food to my room, it was very tasty. I especially liked the cheesecake😄

Brilliant stay and would absolutely recommend. Great location and super comfy bed!

The location was great, only about 4 mins from the Hagia Sophia. The room was a nice size and the bed was amazingly comfortable, the shower was lovely and warm. The swimming pool and spa was decorated nicely. The staff were very friendly and most spoke very good English which helped and had a good sense of humour too which was nice to see.

Breakfast was a good spread but very heavy on desserts, would have liked slightly more savoury things but this is a very minor point and absolutely would not stop me coming back or recommending to anyone. What I did have for breakfast was all very lovely 😁

Nice location, friendly staffs, and value for money.

Location, very friendly and helpful hotel associates. Breakfast was really good, and had new choices every day. Most places of interest are within 10 min walk. Cabs are pretty much available all the time, or you can use ride share apps too to hire one. The room we booked was really nice, really spacious that helped our family of 4 traveling with a lot of luggage. The rooftop restaurant is a nice one with a great view. Our infant got a lot of attention from the hotel staffs every time we went for breakfast, or within other areas of the hotel which was really cute☺️.Overall we were very satisfied with our stay for 5 nights, and would definitely keep this hotel in mind when we visit Istanbul again.

Nothing as such, may be felt the hotel gym had very basic stuffs, few more weight options and machines can be added to make it more versatile.

An AMAZING stay !!

We had an amazing stay !! Everything was great : the mansion, the location, the staff, the facilities, the breakfast… a perfect performance ! I strongly recommend this hotel :)

Great location with disappointing service and facilities

Hammam, they changed our room without any fuss, view from breakfast terrace, aircon,

Jacuzzi shown in pictures isn’t present, gym is missing equipment and TV’s don’t work. Bfast assortment changes daily which meant that the food we enjoyed the 1st morning, we never saw again :( Extractor fan in bathroom cannot be turned off unless all the electricity on the room is off, toilet roll holder was not attached properly so paper roll fell on floor easily Wifi was extremely unreliable The screen sharing on the TV didn’t work We kept on receiving phone calls in our room, yet the hotel couldn’t tell us who it was who was calling us or prevent them from doing so. This meant we had to disconnect the phone permanently Some of the reception staff were rude and incompetent; ignoring us if they couldn’t find a solution or answer to our questions

Nice location. Nice hotel. Nice spa. Suites on the ground floor so windows are right on the street but not noisy.

Feels like a 3 star hotel not worth the £210/night we paid-but great location for Sofia&Blue Mosques

Location was really good for visiting the Sofia Hagia and the Blue Mosques. The rooms were also clean and had heated floors in the bathroom. Staff were friendly

The room size was pathetic - I felt like we were in their smallest room. This did not reflect what was paid for and our room was not shown on the images on booking.com, hence the shock that they had rooms that size. We decided to get public transport from SAW airport to the hotel as the hotel said it would be 60EUR each way. When we asked for help getting to them via the public transport their response was not very informative and we had to work it out ourselves. In total we spent a total of 9 EUR for 2 people both ways. We could not use the bathrobes in the room as they were resting against the toilet and the toilet brush. The pillows were very high/big and caused neck pain. We booked a massage each thinking it would be worth spending the extra money to do it in the hotel so we could go and relax in the room after the massages. Unfortunately the masseuse was incredibly unprofessional and seems untrained. She requested we change the massage style and then proceeded to give exceedingly poor massages to the both of us, one after the other. It was honestly the worst massage I've had! After complaining about the massage service we received the front desk kindly reduced the fee by 10%, but to be honest the entire thing was a waste of money. I would strongly recommend looking into an alternative hotel

overall this hotel is nice and in a good location, with a few little maintaince tweeks this hotel would be even better!

comfortable beds, very good location, lovely bedrooms and bathrooms, staff were very friendly and kind, interior was nice and hotel was very good overall. Beautiful view from rooftop restaurant.

pool water was salty, steam room wasn’t working, and it would be really helpful if the breakfast was all labelled and there were more options. AC wasn’t working for one night either.

Great location, nice spa on site, good selection at breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable.

Noise from hallway, noise from bathroom fan on constantly, flashing light on the ceiling alarm, meant broken sleep. Stain on the sofa.

Conveniently located. Walking distance to all. Great views from the rooftop restaurant. Friendly staff. On-site saunas and heated indoor pool.

Breakfast was delicious. Personal was friendly. Rooms are clean and cozy! Location is close to restaurants and so close to many historical sights, also Kumkapi and Eurasia! We'll visit again!

Perfect stay for a couple!

Great staff, really helpful. We arrived and checked in with no issues. Clean hotel with great facilities. The pool, sauna and steam room were perfect. The location is perfect, 6/7min walk and you’re right in the centre amongst all the tourist attractions - would defo recommend.
