This exclusive family rental home features a private outdoor pool, outside shower, volleyball court, gas grill, two-level front porch, and elevator. Loads of family fun can be found at this beautiful and comfortable vacation rental. There are views of the huge Atlantic from the upstairs deck and balcony. The rear balcony overlooks the amazing pool. All TVs are flatscreen CCTVs. The upstairs living area has a beverage refrigerator, 55" flatscreen TV, and pool table. This home is equipped with a 40" flatscreen TV in each bedroom, a 60" flatscreen TV in the downstairs living area, WIFI, Netflix, and DVD players and this house has basic cable. This home has central heating and air, a washer/dryer, updated stainless appliances, granite counter tops, all of the essentials for preparing a family meal, and adequate table space for your guests. A king bed is in the master bedroom, king in the second bedroom. The other 3 bedrooms each have 2 queen beds. The bonus room has a full bunk bed with a twin on top and trundle twin bed underneath. There is also a sofa sleeper. This vacation rental comfortably sleeps 22. The beach is just a block walk from Ohana House. What a better place to get some same between your toes, the taste of salt in the air, the peaceful sounds of the waves along the shoreline, and the tranquility of the perfect sunrise and sunset! Location is great . House could use a little more attention .grill was in bad shape .had to be scrubbed down before using .living room carpet needs to be replaced or removed. The jack and Jill bath has a very slow drain. Some of the mattress pads should be replaced or washed.

Great location, beautiful house. Hot tub didn't work, not a huge deal. Property manager took care of most everything else like missing broom, broken crockpot, etc. house does not sleep as many as listed because one pullout couch is broken. The location is perfect and the neighbors are great.

We booked the ohana house for our family of 14. We couldn't have been happier with our choice! The property was beautiful and well taken care of throughout our stay. The company was responsive to our needs and requests, and the location was perfect! Would definetly stay here again.

Loved this place, pool was nice and we used volleyball court quite a bit. (Although we set our own net up cuz one there is shot). Great place! Only thing with check in was sort of confusing was weather there were linens or not... fortunately towels and sheets and pillowcases were all provided, although we did have to make our own beds when we got there... Not a big deal and all in all this place was super!

Nice space allowing multigenerational families to get together; plenty of bathrooms; elevator and pool table were a positive as was the short walk to the beach. Beds were comfy. It was conveniently located close to shops, grocery stores, shopping. House had plenty of dishes, pots and pans for cooking which made things so much easier for preparing meals. We appreciated the puzzles and games that we found as well. The televisions were a bit tough to navigate so it would’ve been helpful to have directions on how to use all the remotes provided. Some of the windows on second floor were missing screens, so it was highly recommended that they put screens in the windows for safety reasons. A suggestion, is to add a fire pit in the back. We would’ve loved to be able to enjoy the back yard space around a fire pit. Overall, we had a great stay and look forward to being back.😊

We had a good time overall and liked that there were enough bathrooms and bedrooms for 24- but areas of improvement are: 1. Older furniture in living room, unclean rug, outdoor furniture rusty and unclean. 2. Grill was disgusting but promptly cleaned when maintenance was as called for. 3. Towels and bed linen was missing upon arrival and maintenance needed to be called again 4. They offer 3 hand soaps for 5 bathrooms as a welcome package. All in all true house is big Enough with nice beds and bathrooms, but property needs good updates and better maintenance.

Our family drove/flew in from 5 different states including New York City, NY to celebrate Christmas together. Some of us came from the south where Covid requirements and outbreaks were less stressful. With a variety of stress levels, we were delighted to stay in a roomy house where we could be with each other and find space to be on our own. Perfect location for the beach! Publix was a close drive. We cooked most meals and the roomy kitchen provided enough space for that. Everything worked. The kitchen was well equipped (even an instant pot that we didn’t use) including a blender and hand mixer that we did use! The bedroom/bathroom ratio allowed privacy, which is important with 3 siblings and their families. The hot tub would only heat to 100*, but that is understandable with a rental. Every member of our group was pleased with this home and we would gladly stay here again! Highly recommend Ohana House!

The house and pool are in excellent condition. Everything worked and nothing was broken. The family (especially the kids) greatly enjoyed the pool. Wifi was good. The elevator was one of the main reasons we chose this house. It works well, although it was a little tricky to access from outside on the ground floor. The location is very good, a short walk to the beach, and a fairly short walk to Main Street. The part of the street where the house is located is all houses, no high rise condos. We had a very good family time. The only minor suggestions we had were that it would be nice to have more teaspoons and more serving spoons. Also, it would have been nice to have a toilet at the pool level so the kids didn't have to go inside and upstairs to go to the bathroom. The pond in back with the frogs and turtles is a nice bonus.

We loved Ohana House and it was a fantastic set up for a large family! The first day we had issues with the elevator but they sent someone to fix it and had it completely fixed by the second day of our trip. The hot tub is not working and that was disappointing so if it is important to you, you may want to ask about it before booking. We were grateful for the timely response on any matters - house super clean and had a well stocked kitchen.

This property is in a great location for access to the beach and feels like a good neighborhood. One thing not mentioned in the listing which was a bonus for the time of year we were there...the pool is heated. Property was clean and had most everything you need to have a good time. The volleyball court needs a bit of cleaning due to some weeds and anthills, but nothing that can’t be fixed quickly. The bedrooms are all very spacious and allows for large families or friends to stay. There are multiple porch areas allowing people to spread out or hang together if that’s the preference. It has an elevator which is great for carrying luggage or groceries upstairs. We would recommend this property and would stay again.
