Superbe appartement
L appartement est très bien situé, bien équipé, la décoration est très récente et superbe, silencieux et dans un quartier calme. A recommander, on pose les valises et on est installé. Seul bémol, le stationnement dans la rue.

Eenvoudig maar prima appartement.
Goede ligging, bakkerij op ca. 200mtr, bushalte en metrostation op ca. 400mtr en winkelstraat op ca. 500mtr.
Verzorging was in orde. Wel was de schoonmaak van met name de keuken ondermaats, rondom het keukenblok was het niet schoon.
Tevens ontbrak er op één slaapkamer verduistering.
Dit zijn punten van aandacht voor de verhuurder.
Verder een goede voldoende !!

Ruhige Stadtwohnung
Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und ruhig. Die S-Bahn-Haltestelle Fuldaer Str. ist zu Fuss in 5 Minuten zu erreichen und von dort ist man in 9 Minuten beim Heumarkt.

Günstig gelegen
Schöne Ferienwohnung in Köln, wenige Gehminuten zur S-Bahn, in einer Viertelstunde in der Innenstadt, dabei aber recht ruhig. Sehr sauber, Vermieter nett und gut erreichbar, gerne wieder
