Villa di Viggiano apt #3 walks out to a fenced outdoor plaza with plenty of space to relax before hitting the sites. With tables and 2 grills available for use by all of the cottage renters the plaza is a perfect spot for family gathering and outdoor dining. Inside has hardwood floors, comfortable furniture, fully stocked kitchen with indoor dining table. Plenty of room to stretch out and relax in airconditioned comfort, using free wi-fi and smart TV. Queen , 2 twins and a pull out queen couch offers plenty of room for 6. Off street parking for convenience of loading and unloading only. You can rent this wonderful cottage alone or rent all 4 to make the perfect spot for a family reunion. For protection of our guests there is a video monitor aimed away from the building which views the base of the plaza stairways.

We were looking for something with a little more room & comfort than a standard hotel since we were coming from S.C. for my nephew’s boot camp graduation from Camp May. Very convenient to Cape May. Very clean & perfect for our little blended family to unwind after a long road trip. Really enjoyed the outdoor furniture once the weather cleared up. Easy walk to boardwalk & beach. Has some issues getting in when we first got there, but host was super responsive & had it worked out in just a few minutes. Highly recommend for smaller families. And heads up that the hot & cold taps are reversed in the shower. The sounds coming from the bathroom while my brother figured that out were quite amusing.

Being so close to beach and boardwalk was the best part of this apartment. It was super tiny for a family of 5 especially the shower. All the doors would not shut (including the front screen door) made a lot of squeaking sounds. When using the kitchen pots / pans they were dirty. Had to wash like it was the first time cleaning them of food. Had to buy trash bags and a few other things that we were told would have. Overall we made it work during our stay.

Overall we had a good experience! For a last minute booking it worked out great. Walking distance to boards and beach was very doable. We were unable to use the free parking on the block as advertised. Just not enough spaces. We would stay again!

Two and a half blocks from Wildwood beach. The kitchen and family room are nice and spacious. We found the mattress in the main room to be uncomfortable, also the shower stall is very tight. No off-street parking - parking can be difficult to find at certain times of the day.

Overall we were pleased with our stay! It doesn't get too much better as far as location and the set up is quite cute. The owners were cool with us checking in a few hours early (although we were having too much fun at the beach and ended up checking in later than anticipated!). There were a few hiccups which I'll outline below. -Bathroom is pretty tight. Not a big deal for most people, but a family of 5 with 3 kids and me being 6'4" the shower was a little tight. It's no one's fault I'm a giraffe, but a lot of my experiences with these types of places it's a tough fit for tall guys. -Bring your own toilet paper and paper towels. There's a "leave some for the next person" policy, but we went through what was there literally the first night. Luckily, there's a dollar tree 3 blocks away, so we stocked up and left a better supply for the next person. -Needs a dust pan. There's a broom there to sweep up with but no dust pan for some reason. Conclusion: This is an excellent place to stay, very near the beach and everything within a brief walking distance. I'll be looking into staying there next year and making more memories with the family!

We enjoyed our stay at this cute villa. It fit our family of four perfectly and it was great to have the extra space (compared to staying in a hotel room). The location is just a few blocks from the boardwalk and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. We will definitely book again next year!

There's nothing like the Jersey Shore and Wildwood has always been one of my favorite places, even though I'm from Atlantic City. Plus, it's just minutes away from Cape May, which is always worth a visit. Our stay was great! Everything was clean and comfortable, with lots of patio furniture and two grills, which definitely came in handy. The units are super close to the beach and just minutes away from the best of the boardwalk. Communication with the owners was easy and they responded to any questions in a timely manner. The stay was great and I couldn't have been happier with our accommodations. Perfect for families with kids, too. We'll definitely be back

The stay in the bungalow was great. It was the perfect size for my family, with enough room for the kids and plenty of room for activities. Everything was clean and organized when we arrived. It's also a perfect distance from the boardwalk, with a nice walk up to the ocean of only a few blocks. We will definitely be staying again.

Wildwood in general was not the vacation environment we were looking for. However, the unit was clean, easy to access and walking distance to the boardwalk. The photo is not the actual unit we stayed in, so that was slightly misleading. We were in a lower unit and could hear people above us, which was unexpected. I greatly appreciated the quick responses from the owners via email and the property manager dropped off more trash bags when we needed them. We probably won’t stay here again, but simply because of the atmosphere of Wildwood, not the unit itself. If others enjoy Wildwood I think they would find this a quaint and easy place to stay. Our host was personable, the cottage looked nicer than the pictures, and it was close to the beach. I was surprised by the quietness since we were so close to the beach. We also had very nice outdoor furniture and enjoyed our breakfast outside every morning.
