There is a spacious screened porch on the oceanside of the home that is furnished with comfortable outdoor seating and a picnic table for dining or games. Just off the screened porch is a sundeck, furnished with 3 lounge chairs and additional seating. As you descend off the sundeck, you are greeted with a covered carport, again with 2 picnic tables, a gas grill and additional seating options.
