The Madison House is a lovely 4BD/3.5BA abode right in the heart of Kiawah Island. A true southern charmer, from the classic lowcountry porches to the serene lagoon views, you'll find everything you're needing for the perfect island getaway. Featuring rich Carolina blue hues and modern coastal decor, this open-concept home comes complete with a spacious master suite on her main floor along with large walk-in shower. Up the stairs, you’ll find three more bedrooms two with private bathrooms, one king bed and the other a queen. Between these two suites is a great space featuring a set of twin bunk beds. All in you can comfortably accommodate your group of eight. Enjoy your morning coffee among the trees on the sweet screened porch or take in lagoon views from a rocker on the wrap-around porch. Proximity is everything and its just a short 10- minute bike ride to the beach! As our guest you will be near the 5 Championship Golf Courses on Kiawah, which includes the home of 2021 PGA- The Ocean Course; The #1 ranked tennis resort by Tennis Resorts Online, Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center; The Sanctuary Spa- a Forbes 2021 5star destination; dining, shopping and so much more. Located 40 minutes from Charleston, the souths most charming city, and one hour from the airport you will feel removed from the world but never be too far from endless options to entertain. Our local property management staff will be available to you in the case of an emergency during your stay. They are friendly and knowledgeable to the area in case you need assistance with amenities, planning and logistics prior to arrival Housekeeping during your stay is not included, but a mid-stay clean may be scheduled at time of booking upon availability. *Guests DO NOT have access to resort pools. Once you have booked with us you will receive an email with detailed instructions about property access, resources, and amenities. We will make every effort to ensure the highest level of communication, so you are able to seamlessly enjoy all this wonderful home and community offer! * Strictly NO EVENTS, NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING, AND NO PETS allowed. This is a beautiful property with everything you need. The house is wonderfully decorated and very tastefully includes a few personal items. If you love to cook, the kitchen is the most well stocked kitchen I have ever been in. ( Including my own) Perfect in many ways.

My family traveled to Kiawah Island and rented this property for my younger brother's wedding. The house is beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. It was spacious enough to accommodate us as we got ready for my brother's wedding. In addition we had a fun little ping pong tournament the night before his wedding! Overall I would highly recommend this rental for anyone looking to visit Kiawah Island.

We so enjoyed our stay. The house was immaculate and the open space and porch with rocking chairs were just the relaxing and restorative touches we needed. The neighborhood is quiet with trails, marsh, amazing wildlife. Check in was incredibly easy and efficient and we were treated with such grace and friendliness.

This was such a lovely experience. The home is beautiful and clean. It is a five minute bike ride to the beach... we filled our pull along and found the bike ride pleasant. It is very beautiful with precious family items. We did feel we needed to be careful and put away a handful of decorations so the children wouldn’t touch them. The fire alarm batteries died. I reached out to Robin to make her aware and she was willing to bring batteries but it was a quick fix and we moved on with our day. Communication was great. A recommendation for an amazing Charcuterie Board Co. was a highlight of our trip! Thanks!
