This property is immaculate and adorable! It's so close to the beach. We enjoyed kayaking and paddleboarding. The neighbors are so sweet and friendly. I'd turn right around and go back if I didn't have to work tomorrow!

Property was exactly as described and well maintained. Comfortably accommodated our family, including a large dog crate. Quiet neighborhood. A short walk to the water, as well as a couple restaurants and an ice cream shop. Host was responsive. Check in / check out was super easy.

When we walked into the cottage, it was very clean and decorated well. Loved the beachy pics. Nice backyard to just watch the birds and squirrels and just relax. Commnication with owner was excellent. It was a very nice walk into town and we also walked into the private park next to us. We are considering to going back again next year.

We wanted a quick weekend getaway to celebrate my guys birthday. The cottage was in a good location just outside of downtown Vermilion, and the lake was at the end of the block. The cottage was clean and well appointed. The hostess communicated well and very accommodating.

Loved staying at this Vermilion Cottage. Very close to everything, and lake just down the street. Beds were very cozy and everything was very clean. Can't wait to come back in August. Thanks

Great little cottage very near the shores of Lake Erie. Although we were there in the off season (early Nov), it was great little town with a number of terrific restaurants and shops within a mile of the home. The neighborhood is very nice as well with mostly full time residents. The home was super clean and very nicely appointed. Liz was very proactive and responsive. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this one again.

Liz is a terrific host. She is very communicative and friendly. The cottage is a perfect Lake Erie getaway cottage, close to everything in Vermillion, on a quiet street, and very well maintained. Liz has thought of everything, including helpful little notes posted around the house to answer any questions about how things work. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable and convenient lake cottage - look no further.

This cottage is beautiful! My first hour there I spent oohing and ahhing over what she chose for decorations, the artwork, and framed prints. I just loved everything she picked!! The decor is stylish, exactly as it is in the pics. The couch and beds are comfy cozy. The hot water is hot and the a/c and fridge are cold. We were very comfortable there. The community beach is 11 houses down at the end of the street. You can also drive down and park there, there are three or four parking spaces. This area is quiet, quaint, and family friendly. The home backs into the Linwood Park community, there is a fence separating that community from this property. You are a short drive (or medium walk) to the downtown area where you can go to the larger public beach, take a river cruise, or rent jetskis. There are some cute restaurants and shops downtown too. The property is very close to Lake Erie, it gets a nice breeze. Liz is a nice host, kind and friendly. The neighbors were nice too. Overall, we loved this place and plan on returning!

Excellent 4night stay in this extremely well appointed cottage. A short stroll to a park with access to Lake Erie, beautiful for sunsets. Cottage is exceptionally clean, updated property and great for a cookout and quiet for sleeping in.

Very clean and comfortable. Nice backyard with umbrellas, grill, table and chairs. Cottage is well stocked with great towels and bedding. Lake is at the end of street with a little beach. Within walking distance of everything.
