You feel at home when everything is clean and staff is friendly and professional. It’s the small things that counts most

Layout is open and inviting

Parking seemed limited, but not a problem since we got a parking very close to the entrance

Most Horrible hotel stay I have ever had.

Breakfast was great. The main lobby and pool area were quite enviting. Although it was comfortable didnt clean the areas i had to find somone to clean the tableto eat. The housekeeping staff did not speak English...I had to put my questions in Google interpreter in order to request towels. The 3-11 manager DASHA refused to tell me her name or wear after i called the front desk and requested blankets tissues and after being in a room overnight with a heater that only blew out cold air. Finally after explaining that a call would be made to HILTON sent another lady upstairs who placed my blankets and pillows ON THE FLOOR of the wrong door on the wrong room. After discovering which room she accidentally placed my sheets OUTSIDE of the wrong room she went downstairs..... and I followed her. RETRIEVED the blankets and pillows off the floor and went to my hotel and gave them to my children. The staff explained to me that they did not accommodate my request for adjoining rooms because I booked my room through booking.com and that i was not actually their guest but was booking.com's guest. They refused to hook me up with a manager. I took the time out to call HILTON and they placed me on hold 15 minutes after speaking to a supervisor who put the phone down without explanation and finally hanging up on me. I called back was placed on hold and after finally speaking to another supervisor they put me through to the exact hotel manager who verbally disrespected me hung up in my face put my sheets on the floor. In addition to this caused both me and my daughter to sit up ALL night scratching due to all of the supervised dogs walking around....per their approved dog policy. I paid $700 for the 2 rooms 1 of which couldn't cancel or use because I arrived with three small children. There was alot more to explain but the space is gone.

Service. Cleanliness. Policy that allows employees to place your essential items on the floor. The staff and being called a 2nd class citizen. Also I believe employees need nametags.

We had a very nice stay with our dog.

It was close to our destinations, was very pet friendly, the breakfast was great (for this level of hotel), the room was huge, the kitchen well stocked, the fridge and freezer were full-sized, and the staff members were kind and helpful to the person.

Our only complaint we had was that our room had a slight sulfur smell that seemed to be coming from the bathroom sink drain.

The room was spacious and comfortable for our whole family.

100% recommend

the rooms were really clean and the bed was beyond comfortable. It was nice to have actual dishes and silverware available in the room. The breakfast fantastic and it was pretty cool to have a pool table and outdoors fire place.

I liked it all.

Great value

Mattress was wonderful. Staff was great. Impressed with the cleanliness.

The eggs were horrible and there was a sound coming from the bathroom so loud we had to be sure to keep the door closed.

I enjoyed my stay

location was near the interstate, easy to navigate to any part of the city.

it's not that I didn't like it. I don't have a pet Andi have a son allergic to dogs. I wish pets weren't allowed.

Superb

The hotel was not far from the interstate. The room was quite nice and the beds were comfy. The breakfast was a notch better than most hotels that offer fast breakfast fare included in the room rate.

We liked everything ♥️ and they are pet friendly

Had nothing for breakfast really and the bed was kind of hard, so if we come back we will definitely ask for and extra blanket so we can put it on the bed.

Great

Location was great close to good places to eat. The staff was great! Cost was reasonable. It was clean and room was fresh smelling. We enjoyed the outside fire pit.

Bathroom was very small. Toilet paper was poor quality for a hotel of this quality. The breakfast was fair but could have had more selection like some rolls or muffins. The breakfast sandwiches were awful.

Better than expected

new and clean. facilities were great and breakfast was included which was a bonus

the shower floor. it had no grip was extremely slippery when it got wet. I had a bad fall because of this.

Beyond our expectations.

Hiton honors member......first time at Home 2. One of the suites was nicer than the other one...would like to know how to reserve the one that was a real suite....2 rooms.

Not a dislike......but with the size of the rooms would have liked to have had 2 sinks. By no means is this a complaint.

Overall a great experience . We would stay here again

Breakfast was great. Pool was nice and clean. Great atmosphere. Helpful staff. I liked how they texted to make sure everything was good with the room and if I had any questions.

Netflix was advertised but wasn't available unless you had your own account. It probably should not be advertised if its not an option. If you have a Netflix account you could access it anywhere there is internet. To advertise it implies you would would not need an account.

Home away from home

Spacious clean rooms with kitchen, comfy bed, awesome T.V.. the 'welcome.viv" on tv was special touch! Also! Our dog.loved the unit!!

Overall we were very satisfied with our stay there.

The hotel itself was very clean, accommodating, and entertaining to stay in. The breakfast was good.

There is a lot of construction going on directly around the hotel which detracted a bit from our stay.
