Relax and enjoy all the Indy has to offer in your own personal hotel! This brand new 4 bedroom home offers a great place for multiple families and bigger groups. PLEASE READ: Only the number of guests on the reservation are permitted on the property (unless previously discussed with host). We have a strict NO-PARTY policy and want to respect our neighbors. Enjoy the backyard hot tub and firepit (wood provided). Make your own meals in the spacious kitchen or contact us for our Chef recommendations that will prepare meals for you in your home, he works will all budgets. We have a 5-start host rating and we want you to have a 5-star experience at our home! Please let us know if you have any special needs or want to create a unique experience during your stay. We love to get creative and help maximize your time in Indianapolis, the city that we love and call home! If you'd like to bring a pet a $75 pet fee will be added to the reservation request. We enjoyed our stay at this property. House looks exactly as listed and garage was a nice plus! Beds/bedding were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked (they even left a fully stocked coffee bar!) Jesse communicated with us throughout our stay which was very appreciated! The only thing i would recommend is a roof over the hot tub area. Would definitely recommend this property!

Visited all the beautiful lights in the area and the Children ‘s Museum. Fun weekend, beautiful home that is close to everything. Would stay again.

My group stayed two nights to celebrate a bachelorette party! The property was very much like the pictures that were displayed online. It was very nice to have two parking spots available in the garage. We enjoyed using the patio out back to eat breakfast and hang out in the morning. The location was great and close to many locations downtown. It was a great weekend and overall experience!

This house is very clean and modern inside and had all of the amenities you could want (coffee, laundry, etc.). There’s lots of room and also a nice bigger porch with an outdoor eating table and hot tub. The host communicated very well, and gave really good directions on the check-in and checkout process. We would return again!

Loved the location of this property- close to restaurants and downtown, short drive to the airport, and walking distance to a couple cute spots. Hot tub in the back was a hit, and plenty of space for our team. Will definitely stay again!

Though I only stayed one night for work, it was a beautiful space!! The host was great to work with, and everything was as pictured. It was clean and comfortable, and I would recommend it to anyone coming to Indy for a quick trip or a more extended visit.

This home is even more beautiful in person than in photos! Very spacious, yet cozy, and was stocked with everything we needed. It’s also in a great spot.. very short drive from everywhere we wanted to go!

Two car garage to park cars. Hot tub and fire pit. Lots of space with a great kitchen island, large oven and fridge. Walking distance to a great Mexican restaurant. Host was very responsive to all of my inquiries. Everyone in my party was very impressed. Very clean too. We would go back.

Fall Creek
We enjoyed staying in this house while we explored Indianapolis! It was so nice to have somewhere to come “home” do after a busy day. There was plenty of room to spread out! Everything was great! We loved the vibe of this house!

Family reunion perfection
There was a total of ten of us staying at this home. The rooms were a wonderful size and location was convenient to an amazing childrens museum and the Indianapolis zoo.
We all had a great time reconnecting as a family, the backyard was great place to gather together at the end of the day with hot tub and nice lighting. It was great to be able to use the garage for car parking and ease of loading and unloading into the car.
There were plenty of space for all of us, and great space to return to after a long day out. If you travel with little ones and need a place to cool down with kids - highly recommend the splash pad at Carmel Indiana! The holiday park was also very gorgeous for strolling and running off the energy of the little ones as well.

Great House Perfect for Groups
Our group of friends had a wonderful time at this house! The house is well stocked, the beds are comfortable, and the fenced-in backyard was a great place to hang out. The pictures on the listing accurately show what a cute house this is - we will be back!

Beautiful home
I booked this home for a bachelorette getaway for my best friend. It very easily and comfortable slept all 8 of our guests. The layout was very nice and the home had very contemporary finishes. My only alight complaint was the hot tub. The hot tub is kept at 98 degrees and we hadn't realized it would need to be turned up hours prior to actually be warm. We only used it for maybe 10 minutes as it just wasn't warm enough which was unfortunately. The bubbles the hot tub produced also had a weird grayish colored film? Was not sure what the cause for that may be? The location to downtown was ideal! This part of the neighborhood was very nice just be mindful 2 blocks over is not the same case. I would definitely stay here again to host an overnight getaway!

This place was super clean and the location was great! The neighborhood was very family friendly. You could walk just a few steps to eat breakfast at the cafe next door. The hosts were very responsive to all messages and super friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect event weekend home
We needed a safe home for the big weekend that was conveniently close to downtown and could accommodate our team. The home was cozy, built to handle our exact needs and the owners are super nice. Communication was amazing and the amenities are brand new and way better than the downtown hotels. Bravo!

We loved our stay. We had 2 families with kids ranging from 10 to 17 and everyone loved the modern touches in the house. The hot tube was a huge hit and the fenced yard was loved by the dog too. Jesse was a great host and incredibly responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Great landing place close to downtown!
We had an awesome time. Backyard hot tub and fire pit were great. My students really enjoyed being able to come back after a long day and just relax.
