Getting Around: Our home is conveniently located in Morristown with convenient access to Interstate 40 and 81. Other Things to Note: Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. The house and the ammenities are perfect for our annual family Christmas gathering. It is a very short drive to groceies, restraunts, and more. Nice extras provided by the host like the besdide phone charging stations, smart tvs, and fast wi-fi. We'll be back next year!

We enjoyed our stay. The home was well-kept, well supplied, and clean. The neighborhood appeared friendly and safe. We didn't get a chance to use the movie room in the basement (except to turn it on and checkout the sound system) but it would be a great place to watch a movie or just the morning news.

Everything about this property was amazing! House was very well stocked and everything was clean and organized. 6 adults and we had more than enough room for everyone. Owners were responsive to emails and made the check in and out seamless. 1000% would book again.

The property was in a good area for us. The musty smell was over powering. We left 3 days early because my allergies couldn’t take it. This would not be a good property for people with allergies and or mobility problems. Steep walk to front door and very steep stairs in the house.

Very large house with a quiet neighborhood. Everyone loved the available amenities. The downstairs theatre was great and the BBQ area made it easy to hang out. Really close to beautiful Panther Creek which had lots of beautiful hiking trails. When we had an issue with some plumbing, trucks and workers were immediately ready to come by and remedy the situation the same day. All in all we had an amazing stay and would absolutely come back.

Overall the house and property was sufficient for what was needed. I do feel like the house should have been much cleaner than what it was. There were cob webs, dead bugs everywhere. The bathroom rugs were dirty. The cups in the cabinets were not clean and had to be washed. Overall the house could really use a detailed deep clean.

Nice neighborhood. Pretty house. Broken step on the deck. Upstairs railing VERY short. TP holders need to be tightened. Had to sweep entire place when we got there. Toothpaste splatter on the mirror. Something spilled on the bedroom floor and the bed was pulled over the spill. Nice place, but they need to make sure it is actually ready for rentals.

Great location for our needs. Home is very spacious. Loved the theater room & the cute little snowman that greeted us. Everything was in working order. Host responded quickly when we decided to extend our stay & made the process effortless.

This home is good for those with a family. It has amenities that a normal home has plus a downstair room with reclining seats and large tv. The home is very clean and furnished in transitional style furnitures. Our family of 5 plus a dog stayed there for 5 days. The backyard is fenced in where our dog loves to run around in. We took our dog through the trails at a state park that’s really 5 minutes away! Ingles grocery store, Walmart, and plenty of other restaurants that are also a short drive away. The area is growing with new developments. Kevin Davenport was very communicative from the beginning to the end of our stay. He’s very professional and there was no time delayed in a response when we couldn’t find the Roku remote. Our only complaint would be that we, being smell picky, ran a couple of scented diffusers to drown-out the stale smell from the house on the first day; no issues after that. We like the home, the area, the host, and would consider again if we’re staying anywhere near there. Highly recommended to others.

This was the perfect home for my family. It was very clean and had so much space. My kids loved watching movies in the movie room. We will definitely book again!

This is an old house but renovated inside; the outside was definitely in need of some TLC. The only problems we had was ants otherwise everything else was okay. House seemed smaller. I would suggest only for six adults. The upstairs air was not vented well and stayed warm. On a positive note, there was plenty of towels, wash clothes and kitchen utensils. We got a lot of use from the screened in porch. Very short drive into town.
