We didn't stay, I want a refund

Pool had mildew/mold slimy substance and ceilings that were broken/looked like they were about to cave in and had no hot water in our room. The kid at the front desk was empathetic and helpful, but the manager was super rude and defensive

I wouldn’t ever stay again!

Just the indoor pool

No towels at the pool. Didn’t get maid service. Seen a coach roach in the bathroom. The breakfast was horrible.

Great location, clean and comfortable rooms. Need more help.

Great location, in proximity to Panther Creek State Park for mountain bike race!

Less employee interaction. Had to consistently go looking for front desk help. Never got a final receipt due to front desk people all preparing breakfast nook.

Awful

It was close to the location where we needed to be

-We had NO hot water at all- when I reported the guy at desk said I’m sorry -we were given 2 wash cloths at check in at 2pm, my son had to bathe at that time-He has been playing golf all day for the college we ask for 2 more for the next morning- the guy said he didn’t have anymore we would have to make do -the mirror fell off wall just from the door closing and hit me in the head

Not worth the money!

The check in Gentleman Wess was great!

First off when we checked in Wess checked us in and he deserves 5 stars! Super nice and understanding! The 1st room we was put in had stains all over the pull out couch. Ac didn't seem to work well at all so I asked for another room. Can I just say all the beds seem to be in "New or Newer condition" However NO MATTRESS PROTECTION FROM BUGS! Huge downfall on their part bc bed bugs are still a thing. So the second room we was put in wasn't clean. So I went down and asked Wess for a vacuum. We Found rice crispy cereal goodwill tags(multiple) and a nasty sock in the pull out bed! I cleaned the room so that we could stay 4nights comfortably. Do I think this room is worth 75$ a night? ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! We're in a double room with couch"pull out bed" our reservation was for 2 adults 3 children. I am so thankful my son and granddaughter stayed with family bc we all would've fit "Comfortably" in this room. The Breakfast? Where do I start? Everything and I mean EVERYTHING IS WATERED DOWN! The waffle batter, the OJ,Apple juice! They have biscuits sausage patty, egg. Waffles(plain & blueberry) & blueberry muffins, yogurt and apples. That's it! Burn holes in the bed covers! Found a piece of pizza stuck to the inside of the trash can. We never had pizza! So this place was nasty! I travel to Morristown every summer! I will never stay here again!

Was very clean and plenty of room. Staff was very friendly.

Couldn't take a good bath. The water was barely warm.

Not a good experience

Bathroom didn't appear clean. Tub walls definitely not clean. Stained walls around coffee bar not cleaned. The main entry has stained tiles that look very dirty.

Disappointing

It was warm.

The bed was uncomfortable and the couch was uncomfortable. Only half of the outlet worked that the fridge and the coffee pot was plugged into... I had to unplug the fridge so I could use the coffee pot. Nothing was ever replenished or cleaned during my stay.

No hot water in shower sometime the shower was lukewarm and sink was hot. Dust on things in room. Had to move the microwave just to plug it up. House keepers need to do their job. Pool needs to be cleaned and updated area.

Our room we scheduled was chahged before we arrived and we had the desk help haggle w another patron to get the room we needed for our group pool was nasty...bathroom smelled like puke didn't use the shower because of it

Breakfast was okay. Location was fine for our purpose to be there.

Breakfast hours could have run at least an hour longer during the week.
