Exceptional

Walking out the back door right into the pool area was perfect for our boys. Beds were very comfortable. We will always book this place when we travel to canmore. We have stayed many times and by far our favorite

There wasn't any paper towel. And the kitchen was stocked well but could have been better. The pool code didn't work so we had to use someone else's that was in the pool area . But I could have messaged but didn't because we had a code that worked. Over all we were very pleased and these were very minor. We will for sure stay again!!

No Mountain View

The kitchen was well stocked with everything one would need for their stay. I also appreciate sitting on a couch that isn’t made of leather. While preparing dinner and lunches, there was plenty of options on the TV for the kids to watch. And the outdoor pool and hot tub were a great hit in the autumn and warm enough to enter.

The place felt like a dungeon with the front of the property facing a parking lot with two-storey retaining walls and the back door faced a two-storey rock wall. Literally no sunshine shone into the unit and no views of the mountains from any direction, which was highly disappointing. The fireplace also is just a stack of woods with a light shining on it. It imitates no heat whatsoever and the glass, when the light was turned on, was full of fingerprints. Though the kitchen was well stoked, it lacked any dish cloth or paper towels and napkins. The unit was very dated with brown heavily stained carpets, walls were badly scuffed up, all of the bedding was mix and matched, and the main washroom had a smell of sweat and musk. The property was in a convenient location to the town center but i feel it was overpriced for not having any view of the mountains.

kitchen was well stocked and easy to access unit, close to amenities, parking is easy, Liked the lovely outdoor pool. Would like some plastic cups with lids so we can take drinks to the pool area.

Repairs on the stair molding not done, hot tub was broken and sofa bed had no frame so we had to put the mattress on the floor and sitting on the sofa was very uncomfortable

The location, facilities, comfort, everything really. We had an excellent stay. Lots of room for my family, very comfortable, easy access to the pool. Definitely will be coming back. A home away from home.
