Enjoyed our short stay with good facilities & convenient location

Open plan, spa bath a bonus, kitchen facilities good. Bed comfortable, lounge & TV excellent & air con brilliant.

Missing blinds which meant no full privacy. Fridge was unclean had mould in side door.

Celebrating our wedding anniversary was wonderful in such beautiful surroundings.

It was so close to gallery walk and all the shops. The chalet was well appointed and so peaceful and the setting makes it really tranquil.

Good stay, could have been great with a bit of love and care

-romantic, interesting room with a giant window looking on to the trees. Nice decorations -cozy fireplace in front of a comfy, spacious couch -big spa bath with great bubbles. Deep enough for two to easily fit comfortably -full kitchen with modern hobs and oven -great location on Gallery Walk. Easy walk to shops, cafes, and rainforest walks - but far back from the road so as not to hear the business of the street. -hot water was almost instant and there’s great water pressure from all of the taps -nice outdoor table so you can sit and have a cuppa in the lovely, mountain setting

-we were meant to be provided with breakfast but didn’t receive anything. All we had were condiments and one single-serve packet of cereal -we also didn’t receive enough firewood or fire starters. Their own recommendations were to use four fire lighters each time, and they provided one for the entire stay (during winter). We had to buy our own wood and starters -it could be cleaner. We found long, black hairs in the bathroom sink, the tub, and on one of the bath robes. There was also some mould in the shower. -we were offered early check-in by Booking.com, which was confirmed by the owner. However, we we told after we’d already arrived that the room wasn’t going to be ready on time. We weren’t given the access code until 40 minutes after the check-in time. We had perishable food with us, including our anniversary cake

Beautiful place to stay and a wonderful host.

Kerry anne went above and beyond, such a lovely host. The Chalet was stunning, the pictures didn't do it justice. Would not only recommend but I will be staying there again.

I would never go back. I want a refund.

the smell was horrendous. It smelt like wet dirty socks. a constant damp smell. it was so bad we were sneezing through the night. the bed sheets also had the same smell. the bed and pillows were dreadful. it was so bad, we contemplated going home in the middle of the night. however we didn’t want to drive down the mountain in the dark. everything in it was old. outdated. it was a Christmas present to my husband to get away for the weekend. it was a disaster.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

The chalet was very well furnished and provisioned for our stay. A lot of thought had gone into making the chalet comfortable for guests.

This facility was amazing, it’s close to all the shopping and restaurants in the location but totally private and hidden away. we will definitely be staying again.

Simply amazing, will come again to check the other rooms and themes 10/10!

It was a very cozy, romantic and fun getaway. It was close to many other venues and getting there was simple. Really nothing bad to say at all, we really enjoyed it and it for something of that size it had a lot in it.

Everything was good and didn't take much effort to figure out however it was not to obvious where we had to go to park or get the key from as there was not much signage. Possible suggestion would be a sign that stated drive down to access parking and use the combination lock provided in your email to access the key. That said it was simple enough as I have used a similar system before.
