Love the location, the kitchen and bedding. Overall I would go back again if they would fix the bathroom faucet to provide hot water and if the TV actually got channels. So far I have not heard anything back from Sonder on these two issues.

Everything was great with the exception of the quirky key pad at the front door. After major issues with the key pad accepting my code on day one, I thought all was fixed after speaking with someone. However, on multiple, occasions I had to punch in the code many times to open the door. Whether standing out in the rain, or late night. It was unsettling to say the least. Outside of that, the place was perfect.

Property is located directly in Olde Town Alexandria with restaurants, shopping, and everything you need within walking distance. We rented this Sonder through Vrbo for a sweet little extended getaway and it worked out well. Everything was as advertised and the property owner was very responsive. Only issue I had was with that water pressure in the bathroom area was low. This wasn't a deal breaker for me and the property owner responded but I just wasn't available to be there for them to resolve it since I was trying to maximize my weekend. Had a great time, would stay here again!!

Stayed here for long weekend. It’s a perfect location for exploring old town. I loved the ease of check in process and fact I didn’t have to keep track of a key or card. Room was clean and as advertised. I’d return in a heart beat.

I had such a wonderful time in Old Alexandria and at the VRBO/Sonder studio room that sits right in the action of King Street! I just wish the room had a small table and chair, but I guess you can’t have everything😬!

This So see is in a great location. We walked to great places to eat and drink. We enjoyed the close proximity to Mount Vernon by car. The free King Street trolley was a plus. If traveling with a car, we found an overnight garage right around the corner for $25/day.

This property was in a great location..close to many shops and restaurants. It was also about a 10 minute walk to both the river front and the metro. It was clean and well stocked. We had 2 issues. 1st was the noise! The unit we stayed in fronted King Street and the noise was out of control! Loud cars and semis delivering food to local restaurants as well as people partying! The owners know it is an issue since they supply ear buds and a note by the bedside to use them for noise! We did not sleep well the entire week. It was horrid! So be careful if you book the units which face King Street. (I would put the unit numbers but VRBO flagged this entry and made me take out the unit numbers). The other was the air conditioning. Whoever stayed prior to us froze the unit. We were not able to get it addressed until the next day. They came in and set up a stand alone unit. It didn’t fit in the window so they put cardboard around the opening and used masking tape to hold it all in place. On top of that, the unit would only run for about 20 minutes and the pan would fill with water and the unit would turn off. We would then have to wheel it to the shower to empty the pan. This kept us up all the next night as the temps in the room reached 80 degrees. Finally the day after they fixed the air. But for 2 days we suffered! We asked to be moved but they said they were fully booked. Also, there is no property manager on site. You contact Sonder either through the app or through a phone call. We will never rent from Sonder again!!! We feel we should have been compensated two nights since we had no ac. And…there should be some type of warning that the noise level is extreme for the rooms that face King Street. Beware!

Sonder is located in the middle of King Street with a plethora of shops and restaurants. Our room was super clean, had a kitchen equipped with everything to cook a meal. The bathroom floor is even heated! No hassle check in and check out. All of this a BIG +.

The suite was well stocked, clean, and conveniently located in Alexandria! Beautiful neighborhood!

The room is immaculately clean! The sheets, pillows & duvet are new and snowy white, the bathroom is huge with new fixtures. However, the room has no chairs to sit on or a table to eat at, so the bed is the only place to sit. All the dishes and cookware is new, but the cupboards are 6' high so you will need a step stool to reach the glasses and cookware! But the bed was extra-low to even heights out! There was lots of hot water, but the water pressure in the roomy shower is a bit more than a trickle. The biggest disappointment was the lack of TV channels - a huge 45" flat screen TV, but no channels - streaming only - and since we are both 80 years old, we didn't have streaming Anything so: no TV. Very quiet room! Easy check-in with key pad on both exterior building and room door. I'd stay again, but would bring camping chairs and a table so we wouldn't have to sit on white duvet with street clothes!!

Great location downtown. Easy to get to and had no trouble finding street parking within walking distance. The space was clean and quiet.

Yeah I’ll knock it out of the park with this place. Second time in the area and we could not have been in a better location for walking to everything. Very secure location. Extremely clean room and very well stocked with everything. The picture is what you get. We will definitely look your rooms up in other locations when we Service travel again. Keep up the good work.
