The apartment: This apartment is located on the third floor of a building with a lift and disabled access. Provided with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. Its spacious and welcoming rooms come with all the comforts of modern living. The master bedroom is provided with a double bed and has access to an en-suite marble bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub. The second bedroom has two single beds. The third one is equipped with a 150cm double bed. All the bedrooms overlook a quiet interior courtyard, which guarantees a restful night’s sleep. The separate kitchen provides total privacy and comes with a large pantry. The living room has an outward-facing balcony, two sofas (one of them can be turned into a bed) and a lovely dining table. The apartment is provided with Wi-fi, heating and air-conditioning in every room The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance. To take into consideration: We respect: for the purpose of a good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times. The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment. Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT). The apartment was large and clean. Wifi was fast. Location was very walkable. Lots of restaurants/shopping close by. We would stay here again.

Very large apartment, extremely clean, modern and well equipped, very well located in a busy area of town yet completely quiet as a result of building quality. Ample space for our family of 4 to relax and recharge. Very, very strongly recommended. Thank you!

We were a family of 4 (including 2 teenagers) and stayed here for 4 days in June. It was an amazing location with everything within the ideal walking distance in a wonderful and charming side-street. There were so many great bars, cafes and restaurants near by including groceries and laundry services. The management company was also very helpful with storing our luggage when we arrived early. Would recommend ensuring you have the apartment for early check in if you are coming in early morning. Amazing experience overall.

Our number one criteria for selecting lodging is location; and this place hits the bullseye. We were able to walk everywhere and only used an Uber for airport and train transfers. The high tech apartment system allowed all of us easy access to the apartment because it is all done though ones mobile device.

The apartment is very well located, clean and of good standard. It is well isolated, and we slept very well even if the small street outside was full of happy people partying till late/early. There were some issues that needed service and repairing, but it was fixed the following day. The kitchen equipment was very basic and on the short side for five persons. All in all a very good place for exploring Madrid both day and night!

Had an excellent stay at this apartment. Fantastic location in the heart of Huertas/Las Letras. Walkable to most neighborhoods and metro stops are close by. Communication with the property manager is easy and they were always quick to response. Stayed with my wife and in-laws. Plenty of space for everyone and the laundry machine worked well. The only thing to keep in mind is that you have a digital key through a mobile app need to make sure you phone is charged through the end of the day so you can re-enter the apt and that anyone you are staying with also has global roaming/cell access and can download the app so they can also open the doors and use the apt independently. Would definitely stay here again.

clean, functional, spatious, easy to access, basics for washing machine and dryers + soaps + toilet paper Beds are too small for 2. There is nothing to eat at all, even the basics. And nobody replied to our emails. Welcome and goodbye emails with instructions would be helpful, such as guidelines in the flat.

Very spacious for the three of us. Very clean. Figuring out the check-in process was a bit confusing, as I am not used to using an app to unlock doors. We went to the main office to check-in but that is not necessary, I believe. Still, if they can make things a bit more clear, their customers might appreciate it. For example, we did not need to photography everyone’s passport during log in, and doing so is not super easy. Also, if they could leave directions on how to use the washer/dryer, that’d be helpful. Anyway, I would definitely stay there again. Btw, the Flamenco club next door did not bother us at all at night.
