The property was as advertised. Close to many great restaurants and bars. Amazing sunsets of the gulf from the balcony. Definitely will be back in 2025.

Highly recommend staying here. The apt was big and very nice.. You can walk everywhere. The beach was across the street and the marina was on the other side. I would definitely stay here again..

Overall stay was good. The only reason I wouldn’t give 5 stars is we had a ant another issue during our stay that had to be mitigated. Just a inconvenience for us, I do understand these things happen again just inconvenience. I would recommend host getting some plastic dishes and cups abeing a host to families just easier then glassware. Unit was great elevators in the building extremely slow.

This condo was very nice and exactly as the listing shows. Super roomy. All information sent prior to date of service and the “Alexa” communication and check in and out was great. Not crowded and not far from beach. Was able to walk everywhere! Will definitely be back.

Everything went really smooth. The condo was clean and in a great location. Most mornings there were dolphins in the bay to watch. Lots of places to eat and drink in walking distance as well as the beach. Would highly recommend!

Nice condo with plenty of room. Kitchen pretty small, hard to have more than one person in there at a time. Located on a very noisy corner! (Loud cars, motorcycles, traffic and many hotels) Pool is very small and is shared with two other properties!

We had an awesome time! A little problem with the water heater it everyone was very quick to respond and fix the issue. Location was PERFECT! Our kids (7-16) were all belly and comfy!

We vacation in Clearwater 3 years now always stayed at dockside never had a bad experience everything is walking distance beach across the street stayed in the penthouse this year condo 601 everything was perfect no complaints beautiful view of the ocean beds were so comfy I would gladly stay in that one again thank you for letting us enjoy your condo (The McCraw’s)

All was exactly as described online, check-in was easy, the condo was spacious and clean, beds were very comfortable. It was nice and quiet inside the condo, even when beach traffic was a bit higher. Beautiful views of the bay and the gulf, quick and easy walk to the beach and even an easy walk to the pier and the beach park! It had everything we needed and we had a wonderful time! We didn’t use the pool as we were on the beach most of the time, but did dip our feet and it felt heated and had plenty of space to sunbathe. There was a grill and picnic tables if you’d want to sit and visit out on the patio. It was wonderful having the pop up wagon, our daughter loved riding in it to and from the beach along with our beach gear! I couldn’t find the echo, to utilize Alexa, but didn’t really need it as all communication and basic questions was clearly stated in the welcome email and on the welcome flyer upon entering. Thank you for the wonderful stay, we will definitely be booking again! .

Very spacious! All amenities, except coffee maker carafe was broken with a big hole in the bottom of it. (Why not go with pods?) The MB toilet ran continuously and both bathroom fans did not work. Other than that, it was a great experience!

Helpful to have wagon and chairs to take to the beach. They are a bit rusty so take WD 40 to make the chairs easier to open. Great washer and dryer for cleaning up towels, swimsuits and clothes. Kitchen had all that we needed for our stay. Nice beds that were memory foam including sofa pull out.

Overall, this was a good experience. The main drawback, however, was the fact that we were to receive a welcome packet containing stay information including a parking pass. That was not in the room and it lead to our personal vehicle being towed. I made every attempt to reach the property management with very little help. The person I spoke to was as helpful as she could be but was handcuffed by the owner and property management by what she could do. I have yet to receive a response from anyone regarding my $170 I had to pay for my tow. The only contact I received was from someone named Sean. He showed up to give me the parking pass after went to pick up my vehicle. When he got to the unit he said he put the pass on the counter. When I said it wasn't there he said "I'm not gonna get into it with you ". Either he was lying to me or he mistakenly placed it the wrong unit. Either way I was treated like a liar. I am now going to spend more time attempting to be reimbursed for that tow.
