Nestled in Okaloosa Island, this charming condo for R 17,083 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Venus condominiums are currently undergoing a building construction project. The project includes updating the tile and staircases, concrete repair, and waterproofing of the buildings. Due to this project, you can expect to see construction crews on-site, scaffolding, and partial door or window coverings. The work is taking place from January until September, with different buildings being worked on during this time. Work takes place from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Saturday. You will hear noise during this construction period. Discounts will not be offered during this time. Welcome to the newly renovated Venus 111. This is the perfect cozy retreat for your next family vacation. Located on the ground floor of Venus condominiums, this 2 bedroom/2 bath condo can accommodate 8 comfortably. When you enter the condo, the open floor plan allows you to see the living room, dining area, and kitchen. You will notice the new flooring that is throughout the condo, so no worries about carpet. The living room features new seating options that are comfortable and plush. The sofa folds out to a Queen sized sofa sleeper. The large flat screen TV is perfect for enjoying a Fall football game or a movie. This condo includes wireless internet as well, for no additional charge. Next, is the dining area. A large table is situated between the living room and kitchen and seats 6 with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The spacious kitchen has ample counter space for cooking up a feast before hitting the beach or a quick cup of coffee to enjoy on the patio. The kitchen is stocked with full sized appliances and all the cookware you will need, so nothing to pack from home. The large guest bedroom features two Double sized beds and a flat screen TV. The guest bathroom offers a combination tub/shower. The Master Bedroom has Queen sized bed and large flat screen TV. The Master bathroom is adjoining to the Master Bedroom. Being located on the group floor allows you to exit the condo and walk just steps to the complex pool. On-site there is also coin laundry, picnic tables, family sized BBQ grill, shuffle board, a basketball court and tennis courts. Hurry and book your stay in Venus 111! You must check-in at our office located at 885 Santa Rosa Blvd. Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548. If you are arriving after 5 pm you will find a packet with your key and information in the lockbox outside our office door. Please call our office in advance for the combination. Check-In is 5 pm. On Saturdays we may experience slight unavoidable delays, we ask for your patience in this regard. We do not guarantee a 5 pm check-in. No refund will be given for check-in’s that occur later than 5 pm. We do not allow or guarantee early check-in either. Early check-ins may require an additional fee. Your driver’s license or state ID must be presented at time of check-in.
