Extremely luxurious and hi-tech hotel

Brilliant luxury hotel in an excellent location. The staff and facilities were superb. iPads control everything in your room including lighting, climate control, entertainment and even room service and housekeeping. The concierge was very helpful, and Ozgur the doorman was lovely when we came back to pick up our luggage on the day that we had checked out. He brought us out a coffee and some Turkish delight while we waiting for our transfer to the airport. This hotel is very clean, very modern, very spacious and, of course, more expensive than most other offerings. You get what you pay for, and we got nothing but luxury.

If you step out for a cigarette then don't take even a small bag with you as you get security screened every time you come back in. It's quick but tedious.

Минибар оказался платным, хотя нигде это не написано и расценок нет. Я ничего там не брала, но девушка по соседству на чек-аут возмущалась.

Exceptional

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel, and I must say that it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the amazing doorman, Ozgur, whose warm smile instantly made us feel welcome. Throughout our stay, Ozgur ensured that we had no trouble getting taxis to our desired locations, communicating with the drivers to ensure smooth and hassle-free rides. It was truly comforting to know that someone cared about our well-being in a foreign country. Another standout member of the hotel staff was Ceyda, the lovely lady at the reception. Even when there was a bit of confusion during check-in, she patiently and calmly explained everything to us with a smile. We were pleasantly surprised to find a special treat in our room to celebrate our birthdays, thanks to Ceyda's thoughtfulness. She also handled any issues we raised with utmost professionalism and always with a smile. I apologize for not noting the name of the lady who accompanied us to our room, but she was equally friendly and helpful. Our breakfast experience was truly delightful, thanks to Gokhan, who introduced us to the local way of making menmen eggs, which were absolutely amazing. Gokhan greeted us every morning with a smile, and by the second day, he already knew exactly how we liked our tea and coffee. This attention to detail was truly impressive. I must also mention Ibrahim, who went out of his way to source the cranberry juice that we liked, even though it wasn't readily available. It's the small gestures like these that made our stay truly memorable. We decided to indulge in the club lounge experience by paying extra, and I must say it was worth every penny. Mekai, the staff member in the club lounge, went above and beyond with the drinks service, ensuring that we had everything we needed.

The location is great although on the quiet side (Asya -side) so as a tourist be careful with the taxi drivers trying to charge you double to cross the bridge. Check with hotel how much it is to cross the bridge tunnel / over and note this.

More than satisfied. Will definitely consider this hotel if in Istanbul again.

The decor, the size of the rooms, the amenities and the spacious bathroom. The breakfast selection and the all round feel good relaxed atmosphere

Relaxing long weekend

Very slick operation. Hotel was very clean, service was very polite and efficient and for the most part our stay was very peaceful. Bed was amazingly comfortable. We went to the adjacent mall for breakfast as we have family that live locally. Mado and the places in the Turkish Village in the mall have a good selection on Turkish dishes very reasonably priced.

There was building work going on which caused a few hours of noise during one of the days which meant it was less relaxing than we had hoped, but the hotel did leave a letter in the room with an explanation which we appreciated.

النظافة الهدوء حرارة الاستقبال الرقي في كل زوايا هذا الفندق الرائع الاقامة في الفندق بحد ذاتها متعة تعادل او تزيد عن هدفك الأصلي لو كان ترفيهيا في المتعة إقامتك في فندق ادرس اسطنبول هي اضافة حقيقية لمعنى المتعة الموظفون رائعون جدا اخص منهم شخص اعتقد ان اسمه ( شاكر ) شخصية جميلة و متواضعة وخدومة ومثقف لأبعد الحدود يجاري جميع النزلاء بجميع مستواهم وأعمارهم لا يمكن ان تقول عنه سوى انه عملاق الفندق في عيون النزلاء وايضا احد العاملين في الخدمة ( اللونج ) السفلي اسمه ( اوسان ) من اروع الاشخاص يخلق جوا جميلا ولطيفا مع جميع النزلاء ولا يمكن ان ننسى الموظفة في نفس المكان واسمها ( جوزام) مبتسمة ومبادرة و مهتمة بأدق التفاصيل ذاكراتها رائعة بحيث تتذاكر اي طلب أحببته ولو كان قبل عدة ايام استحقت الإشادة من جميع النزلاء تستحق الإشادة

بوفيه الإفطار لا يوازي مستوى الفندق مطلقا ولا يوازي الإفطار المقدم في فنادق ادرس دبي او غيرها 12 ليلة تقريبا نفس الافطار مع تغيير في الوان الزيتون وفي نوعين او ثلاثة أصناف بطريقة تبادلية

Очень чистый, красивый отель рядом с Emaar Mall. Номер просторный, светлый, всё продумано до мелочей. 😍 Персонал вежливый, ответственный. Завтраки очень вкусные!

-La chambre était incroyable, que ce soit la qualité des équipements, la vue incroyable ou encore la literie. -L’accès directe au à un Mall gigantesque via l’ascenseur de son étage est assez impressionnant. -Le très grand professionnalisme et l'amabilité du personnel de la réception, du service de table ou encore celui des chambres.

-Ma carte Visa n'était pas lisible par leur lecteur pour le paiement de la caution. Du coup, j'ai dû utiliser ma carte de débit mais je n'ai toujours pas été remboursé depuis et cela va faire presque 1 mois depuis le check-out.

Excellent hôtel 5 étoiles loin du centre ville

Propreté hôtel sublime classe avec magnifique deco dans l’hôtel dans les chambres et surtout la Salle de bain. C’est très sécurisé partout avec accès direct au mall et différents équipements de l’hôtel ( piscine salle de sport…) le personnel au petit soin surtout à l’accueil Ozgur et le concierge qui absolument tout gère pour la surprise de ma femme.

Emplacement vraiment compliqué très éloigné du centre ville historique (30/40 min à chaque fois avec embouteillages monstrueux) c’est vraiment dommage . Le petit déjeuner manque de variété même si on se retrouve quand même . La piscine mal grès la superbe vue beaucoup trop froide alors que nous sommes pas frileux. Idem piscine enfant . Pas de personnel à la piscine au petit soin c’est dommage …

Everything is excellent in the hotel except its location the breakfast was great

Lobby service I sat for 40 minutes and the waiter didn't come to me to ask me if I wanted to ask for anything I was upset by this behavior and they were seeing me and none of them came to me unfortunately
