Perfect location!! Metro about a 5-10 minute walk away. Right in the heart of the shops!! Very spacious and clean. Beds really big and comfy!

A little noisy, one bathroom..

Zeer ruim appartement, 3 grote slaapkamers met kastruimte, heel netjes en rustgevend ingericht, grote zetel, praktische keuken,fijne doucheruimte en badkamer! De ligging is ook perfect, te voet kan je veel bezoeken en ook Takeaway restaurants in de buurt ! Ook de communicatie met de host verliep perfect!

Så fint och fräscht! Läget var helt otroligt om man vill bo centralt. Det var en del ljud från gatan på natten men det får man ta om man bor i stan. Lägenheten var 10/10!😍kommer absolut att boka igen!

After arriving the flat i found out big yellow stain in the middle of mattress for the sofa bed, it was disgusting and i believe that someone peed on it. (pls see attached pic) I called the host and they said sorry and will be sorted but we stayed there 2 nights, they were unable to send new mattress therefore i had to sleep wooden plate during my stay. As soon as i checked out someone works for the property called Tristian called me for apology and he said they are happy to refund some amount as long as if i leave them 10 star review on booking. To do that i had to review first then send them screenshot and i did that on the same (pls see attached pic) Although i called the property many times they did not send any refund and kept lying to me saying that someone will contact me from the finance dep. but it never happened I have been doing all my hotel bookings on booking.com however i never ever experienced anything like this therefore you better to stay away from this property as you do not know what you will encounter.

The apartment was beautiful. Very Scandinavian with beautiful floors in a PERFECT location. We could walk easily to shopping and all the stores. Communication with the management company was excellent, and they were so kind. When we wrote asking if there were wine glasses or a toaster available, they delivered wine glasses and a sandwich maker the next day. It was very sweet. There is a good sized fridge and freezer, and the kitchen has most everything you would need. We loved how all the windows open as well. Apartment looks just like the photos!

Keep in mind a few things: There is only one bathroom, so if you have 8 people staying there like we did, you will have to schedule around that. if you are bringing many suitcases, just keep in mind that there is no lift. There is no light by the shower and toilet, only one above the sink, which makes it a little dark there. Would be helpful if they could add one.

The appt was not finishend. No bed lanps, one room had no lights at all, washing machine in the middle of bathroom, parking and getting there is a puzzle. Maintenance stuff in the hallway Watter in shower and sink was not getting away. Taking a proper shower was impossible. This must have been seen by cleaners. Obviously they do not care. After reproting twice we could not take a proper shower, they promised twice t come over to fix this. On the third day one came, but only wanted to fix a bulb lamp we did not report.. Comfort level is low in relation to it’s price.

The apartment was very big and the beds were super comfortable. Everything was nice and clean!

The bathroom was disgusting! There was mold all around the shower!!!!!! I called the manager of the apartment & sent them photos & besides apologizing they did nothing else. The add also says 2 bedroom but it only has 1 bedroom & one sofa bed. The photos are not of the apartment I paid for which was a lot of money.

It would be better to have an extra bathroom or the very least, a powder room. But it is not a big of an issue.

Spacious with 3 BR's and a sizeable living area with well stocked full kitchen and a very large dining table Location was fantastic with immediate access to shopping, restaurants, must-see sights, transportation (bus and train) Beds were comfortable and many extra towels, pillows and covers were provided. Facility was clean. Having in unit laundry (with built in dryer) was very helpful. Complimentary wine and chocolates were provided during our stay.

Bathroom did not have any place for toiletries such as shampoos and soaps. A simple stick-on shelf will be very helpful. While the kitchen was fully equipped, a microwave would have been very helpful to heat up any takeaway food items. Some written instructions on how to use the stove top and laundry machine will be helpful for those not familiar with the European models and Danish language. Some extremely loud and noisy occupants in other apartments at times, playing loud music and partying until 6 am. We were there for about 2.5 weeks so at other times it was quieter, No air conditioning (we knew that when making reservation) but table fans were provided. That can be uncomfortable. The unit is on the top floor and as with most European apartments, there is no elevator so hiking up and down the steep stairs with luggage is somewhat challenging. TV channels were extremely limited and wifi was not always reliable at times. Had to request unit code multiple times via Chat prior to checking in, and eventually had to call to receive it. Some messages were not answered promptly.

Very big and spacious, nice and bright and airy. Even more beds than expected so we didn’t even have to use the sofa bed. Nice to have a big sofa and big TV with streaming platforms provided.

Our apartment door code didn’t work so we had to call the host up to receive a new one, but host did answer immediately and sorted the issue very quickly. It would have been good to have another toilet at the property as one bathroom for 7 people was a bit of a squeeze.

- no air-conditioner or elevator - no baby cot or high chair avalable - clothesrack would be nice as there is a washing machine, alco would be good to have an iron in the flat - wardrobes needed also in other bedrooms, now there isn't any place to hang clothes etc.

Minor issues - the cable for the router was missing but I found it and all worked, the staff of the company helped.

Very hot but there were two fans so that was much better. Could have used a toaster but there where non. Not much to say about what I did not like, not many:)

Nice and very long apartment dead center in Copenhagen. Sound proofing was very good! With the windows opened we had the huge party above us inside our living room but when closed we heard nothing except for when there were som kind of running competition at the party. Even the skateboarders filming in the apartment next to ours in the hallway didn’t bother us except for when they skated a few times in the hallway. We didn’t wake up during the night of parties! So it worked well with a 2 year old since we got a long apartment with bed rooms in different ends. Nicely decorated apartment, perfect for a family of three with loads of space.

Only one wine glass left, and no furniture in the garden/yard outside the apartment. It also seems that we just got a random apartment of the many the company owns, just lucky we got one with a nice layout and not directly next to the skateboard filming and party apartment.

one room had no light inside the room. another room had no light switch in the room and no blinds on one window so light would get in the morning none of the rooms had a chair to put your clothes on the washing machine was not connected couldnt find a wifi

We paid for early check in and late check out. Unfortunately after traveling with 2 kids and with already paid early check in the apartment was not ready for us. We had to spent another 2 hours wandering around the city till the apartment was ready for us. The hosts refunded us the amount we paid for early check in - check out.

we were 6 friends but the house is for 4 people, the sofa is not a bed. Only one adult + one dwarf or child can sleep on the sofa (attached photos) We found 5 shower towels and 2 face/hand towels and when I asked for more..... no response and support. cleaning was not good
