Nice hillside room, super convenient

The room was super close to the hill and had a view of it from the balcony. And upstairs is a king bed which was a nice surprise

The layout of the room was tightly packed, not much room to move around especially if you and a group are getting geared up or down for snowboarding

Family getaway at the Blue!

We like that the location is closed to the village. Pool is a plus, most specially to my kids. We loved the unit , everyone have their own space (sleeping area). Also, the kitchen and washrooms are clean. My family enjoyed and loved the property. Can't wait to book again next year!

Using stairs to bring our stuffs. 1 light bulb uptairs bathroom is not working. Blind slats are missing uptairs window. It would be nice to put a washing machine and a dryer in the unit most specially if your staying longer or atleast a dryer for our swimsuits. Also, I paid for cleaning fee but still need to tidy up and empty all the garbage and dumped it. If thats the case they should lower the cleaning fee.

The hair dryer didn't work in the upstairs bathroom, at first I thought it was a broken hair dryer but took it to the downstairs bathroom and plugged it in and it worked. It would have been nice to have a small washer and dryer.

It was fine. I was only there for one night so probably would have been better off in a motel/hotel

it was an apartment - no breakfast to rate. Beds were comfortable. Although we did not cook or use the kitchen at all, it appeared that it was well equipped. Communication while booking, paying, etc. with the property manager was excellent.

The upstairs bathroom was missing a lightbulb. The blind on the window beside the loft bed was partially broken and did not close properly. The bathtub in the main downstairs bathroom was pulling away from the wall. The shower curtain in the upstairs bathroom was missing a hook on the right hand side. When we arrived it was freezing and the online instructions for heat did not work - the downstairs a/c machine was blasting cold air and there was no way to change it. After phoning to inquire, I received instructions and was able to warm up by using the upstairs unit. When I was looking for a place for the night, I thought the price was reasonable; however, the cleaning fee made it a bit more expensive for me. I think the cleaning fee should be shown as part of the charge before a decision is made to book the unit. Once I booked, I decided to go ahead but I am a bit sorry that I didn't cancel at that point and look around. The unit itself was fine but the complex altogether needs some paint and clean-up. It was older than I thought it would be.

it was a beautiful cozy apartment. perfect for what we needed. quiet. got perfectly with what we intended to do. we wish the weather was warmer to use the pool, but we are definitely coming back.

Pleasant

Paying $750 for a deposit and $110 cleaning fee is ridiculous. We had to clean up after ourselves, which is fine if I’m not paying for a cleaning service. No recycling??? The apt was cozy and had most of the things you need. The hot tub in the pictures are definitely not at this resort. It was very small but still enjoyable.

we had fun it was beautiful

very cool room clean, smelled good, well decorated

Very cramped for 2 people and a dog spiderwebs on the light fixtures, outside light didn’t work and we tripped over the step coming out of our room multiple times as did the dog. Just a heads up you have some pretty bad water damage on the ceiling of the kitchen from your upstairs shower leaking somewhere. We also had to go buy a corkscrew as there wasn’t one in the room. No soap for the shower we both showered with shampoo and the tea lights upstairs were burnt out lol. the shower downstairs was very strange. mist water pressure.

Superb

Comfortable beds and a clean unit that was close to the village. Our unit was nice and quiet too and the key pad instructions and easy in and out procedures were great. Would definitely stay again!

I think the lighting needs to be better on the walk back to the unit. It was dark when we came back and we needed our phone flashlights for safety.

Great, quiet location, close to trails. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped loft. Precise instructions, excellent communication with staff.

clean and comfortable nicely decorated beautiful creek babbling out the door quiet

the booking process was a pain. The security deposit was a little outrageous and caused authentication issues with our visa. Just made for more steps. A month ago I booked a condo in the same resort through Airbnb and it was so quick and simple and there was no security deposit.
