It was so great to be at V.MOD. Very affordable, comfortable, clean and it feels like home :)

It feels like home :) It was so great that they can easily communicate with their guest because they can speak English very well. Communication is very challenging in Armenia coz very few people can speak English.

It is not recommended for old people or senior citizens. Family room is located at third floor and stairs is the only option you have.

Overwhelmingly warm and confortable

A professional run, clean hotel, including a nice restaurant and even a sauna. Unexpected in this location, next to the busstation. But you feel like you are invited into a warm family home. And this is what makes the hotel so unique. Upon entrance you feel at ease. Unfortunately we only stayed our last night in Yerevan here, but next time i will definitely make sure to spend a few days here.

There were 3 of us who stayed at VMOD and I can say that all of us were satisfied with how it went the entire time. It w

V.MOD is owned and run by family named after the kids’ initials (trivia shared by Maria)They are all warm, welcoming and most importantly, friendly. Though we don’t stay at the property most of time since we went to Yerevan for leisure, when we go back to our room, it feels like home away from home.. When you are looking for budget but decent place to stay, try this property. Airport is about 15 mins away and the city is bet 7-10 mins taxi drive.

If you need a bus from Kilikia station, get to Vmod

- Vmod is located right behind the Kilikia bus station so it is really convenient to me. - The room is clean and cozy, although sometimes you can hear the noise of transportation from the street on a Saturday night. I only stay for a night so I dont know if this happens frequently (the owner says no). - The breakfast is sufficient and I like the homemade pancakes, I think the price is a bit high but that is your choice. - Clear communication, there are three people from the house speakin English, so I find it easy to understand. The owner also walked me to the bus station the next morning and she arranged the bus ticket for me, which I very much appreciate it.

- I came in at 5pm and still had to wait until 6pm to complete my check-in. I think this should certainly be improved. - The curtain in the bathroom fell down during my shower :(

Bang for the buck, great location, tasty home-cocked meals

Super nice and friendly family who owns and runs the place. Beautiful and tasty home-cocked meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Location is pretty close to the center.

Home Away From Home

The family was very loving and welcoming. Very affordable prices and flexible with prices of food, which was delicious and healthy. Armenia now feels like a second home to me.

Although I booked a room for the wrong date and arrived one day early literally in the middle of the night, the host was super polite and kindly found me a place to sleep despite the hotel being fully booked. The breakfast was great too!

Pleasant

modern and nice room, location (kinda far away from city, but it’s next to the bus station)

At night is kinda noisy,I have not that good experience with payment. It is written on the booking that it is possible to pay by card, but the owner does not want to accept it if you use Genius discounts. Because she already paid the discount for you (which is not our fault, because this cooperation with booking is choice of owner) and she would also pay a fee for paying by card. I had cash on my first visit, so I caved and paid in cash. On the last day of my stay, I had no more cash and would have to withdraw at an ATM, where I would have to pay the withdrawal fee. We were forced to deal with this over the phone where we were talked into going to pick up as she had already paid enough for us. It was very uncomfortable and inappropriate. I used this discount for all other accommodations and paying by card was not a problem. Unfortunately, I left my second visit to this hotel with the feeling that they were trying to rip me off. I also felt the noise was a form of revenge from the owner as he eventually had to back down and let us pay by card. Persons were communicating loudly right outside our door. (No one else was accommodated here, only the staff). It may not have been intentional, but I had that feeling. I gave the last review an 8/10. After this experience I would like to balance it overall and for that reason I give 6/10 to make the overall rating 7/10. The hotel is good, but the behavior of the owner was not fair to me. If you are careful about this and don't mind the occasional noise, then this place is fine. (the door is not tight at the bottom.)

It was near the main bus station. Clean room and good location. And it was easy to find.

Maybe for someone can be problem noise from downstairs because the door don’t fit right. But it wasn’t a big deal.

I surely recommend it.

I really enjoyed my stay at V.mod hotel. The host was very kind and welcoming and we were able to communicate in english. The room was very clean and comfy. Also the staff were very kind. In addition, the price was very low and affordable. The hotel is placed in 2km from the center and it is easy to walk for sightseeing.

Perfect place with wonderful hosts

Everything was great! Private room with the bathroom as shown in the photos, early check-in in the morning, very polite people, wonderful service. As we were three people, everything was put in three pairs: clean towels (small and big one), disposable slippers, shampoo, soap, bed sheets. In addition, they provided everything we asked (kettle, hairdryer, iron). Nice atmosphere among nice people, the dog (Chipolino) and the cat. The location is also good. There are buses and marshrutkas going to the city center. But I recommend to buy a sim card and call a Yandex taxi as it is cheap.

Very good stay with a great owner!

We had a really great stay in this hotel! The owner, Susanna, is super nice and very helpful. She waited for us till late as we had a late flight and she did everything to make our stay the most comfortable. She also recommended good places to visit. The breakfast was very tasty. Location is not in the city center, but very close to the central bus station and very reachable by car. I can recommend the stay in this hotel to everyone.
