Pardon our mess!! We are under construction until May 19th! With the siding and decking being replaced the decks and balconies are not able to be used at this time. Parking is limited, but we are offering parking across the street with a parking pass should you need. Please call the front desk at 231.547.6044 for more information. Welcome to unit #345! Our 2 bedroom unit features a bedroom with a king bed, a loft bedroom with a king size bed, a queen size sofa-bed in the living room, 2 full bathrooms. The open concept living space, entails a kitchenette, with a mid-size fridge, a 2 burner stovetop, and a microwave. And don't forget to enjoy the balcony as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake. It's everything you need for a weekend getaway! The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay. Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 48 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May. *2-Night Minimum Required

This unit is beautifully decorated! It had everything we needed for a weekend stay. We extended out stay 2 more night! We were able to walk across the street to the Weathervane restaurant and take drinks/food to go from On The Edge (the restaurant in the hotel)! It was a great stay, I can't wait to go back!

Room 345 is modern, updated, clean and well appointed! We spent many hours just sitting on the balcony having a glass of wine enjoying the water. Beautifully updated bathrooms along with clean and in good condition furniture made this a seamless trip. Perfect location where you can just walk to everything you need. Do not hesitate to book this room!

They seemed to think of everything and had everything we needed.
Tap water had an odd taste so I’d recommend bringing your own bottled water to drink.

There were the two issues. In one of the bedrooms, the bed sheets were not changed from the pervious customers stay. There were multiple hairs inside the bedsheets.My wife fell as she left the building, and the employee that was vacuuming the hallway witnessed this. She did not come outside to help, and kept vacuuming. When I went to the front desk to express my concerns, there was nobody at the front desk. A very disappointing stay.

Our rental was just as advertised and hoped for, we'd stay again and recommend it. However, the front staff person (upon our departure) was very rude, unfriendly, and stoic. She represented your company very poorly, and you should be aware of it. A smile and a kind tone goes a very long way.

Room was as described and I would say better. Very clean and beautiful. The balcony was my favorite. It is a must for your morning cup of coffee and evening cocktail. The town was within walking distance. Bed were comfortable.

For the price we paid (in the off season) would have liked to at least had some coffee filters and decent complimentary coffee in the kitchen. What was provided seemed like an afterthought.
