Private detached mini-suite 4th bedroom with full bath and private entrance. Surround wifi, smart TVs, fully stocked kitchen, outdoor seating, and parking for multiple vehicles. Regarding pets......First rule is, they must be well-behaved dogs only. Sorry, no cats or other pets allowed. Additionally, we reserve the right to restrict the number of dogs and/or certain breeds of dogs. You will be asked to send a copy of up-to-date vaccination records and a photo of your pet upon acceptance of the reservation, and you certify that your pet is housebroken and well-behaved. The pet fee is $100 per stay. You will be responsible for any damages as well as additional cleaning or treatment needs due to fleas or “accidents.” Please bring your pet’s bedding as they are not permitted on the furniture or bedding. We do provide pet food bowls though, and we'll be sure to leave out a welcome treat for Fido too!
