Situated in the historic neighborhood of Walnut Hills, conveniently located: - 5 Minutes from Downtown (Paul Brown stadium, Great American Ballpark, OTR, etc.) - 8 Minutes from Cincinnati Children's hospital - 40 Minutes from Ark Encounter Amenities include wifi, TVs, outdoor patio, and in unit washer/dryer. Guests have access to the exterior and interior doors via a convenient smartlock keypad. This house, built in 1900, has been renovated top to bottom to provide modern conveniences while keeping some of the old-house charm including large windows, tall ceilings, and exposed brick.

Really enjoyed our stay at this spacious 2 bedroom condo. Less than 15 minutes from the zoo, grocery store, and about anything else you need. 20 min or so to King's Island. Have 3 small kids so the bedroom with two queens was perfect for us. Very comfortable beds, great kitchen, and easy parking. Owner was very nice and sent a great email with all necessary information about the condo and surrounding attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

Nicely decorated, contemporary condo
Visiting friends in Cincinnati, this was a convenient location. Nicely renovated condo in multistory house, full kitchen, comfortable beds. It did take a long time to get comfortably warm, but the manager was attentive to our concerns. A very acceptable stay.

Need a few more pots and pans to cook with, the shower door in the master bathroom slides and needs a stopper. But overall a great experience

We stayed at this property for 4 nights. The host has taken care to ensure guests are well taken care of. Easy communication and checkin. The unit was clean and modern and well stocked. The beds were comfy and clean.

This place is amazing
We stayed here for a long weekend as we needed some place close to the stadiums. This property is amazing. From the private back patio, the wonderful rooms, everything was fantastic. Plus you're 5 minutes from just about everything. We will definitely be staying here again

A good stay!
Great location! Noisy neighbors up and down the stairs. Was desperate for a clock, full length mirror, and reading lamp in bedroom. Was pretty clean, although floors were not spotless as I would expect. However, the washer/dryer, refrigerator, comfortable beds, and a second bathroom was such a relief. Made for a good visit to the Queen City! Thank you Preston :)
