Great place to stay near Lake mirror but it's not as easy or short to walk thru construction to get to main street. Some expected toiletries missing from bathrooms but everything clean and kitchen/pantry was well stocked. The pergola was nice but not as well maintained, wood was damp and lights did not work. Property manager was not available within couple hours, but we used alternative lighting to enjoy our grilled dinner! Overall kids friendly with some adjustments. They have two very useful pack and play bassinets FYI.

We had a lovely stay while my husband played in the annual men’s lacrosse tournament! Convenient location, tons of space and a quick walk to town.

Marcy is a great space with a perfect kitchen/dining space for large groups. Bedrooms and layout were perfect and clean. The property could have used some upkeep prior to our arrival: there was considerable ice and snow at the entry and the outdoor fire and deck were not cleaned of snow. But we would return to this great location and space close to town and with ample parking.

This is a great house and location. The only 2 complaints I have are the dog hair from previous renters maybe? It was all over couches and the floors could’ve been better at cleaning them up . And the dishwasher isn’t great. Very minor issues for the great visit!

We chose Lake Placid to celebrate my husband's retirement with friends! This house was amazing! Plenty of room for us all! The weather was unseasonably warm and we enjoyed the deck and fire pit. The location is perfect. Just a short walk to town. We recommend The Black Bear Restaurant and the mountain coaster.

This property is very well appointed and our family of ten thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The quiet residential location is a short walk to Main Street and although the house is connected to other properties, it's very private and we never heard anyone else. Due to COVID, we cooked all our meals and had everything we needed, including many sized pots and pans and more than enough quality dishes and utensils, all stored in a very large walk in pantry. Linens are also higher quality. House is bright and has an open layout which works nicely when many people are staying together - there's enough space for everyone to gather, but still have privacy when desired. Note that the upstairs suite may work better for families with children as the twin beds in the adjoining room aren't the best for adults. Unfortunately, the wet weather prevented us from using the private patio and fire pit, but it's also stocked with fire wood and has a nice seating area, and the upstairs rec area with pool table also provides entertainment. The only thing missing is a fireplace. Other than some reservation delays and a minor parking issue, this house worked out very well for us and we would definitely consider renting it again.

The outdoor Firepit on a cold fall night after a long day of hiking was the perfect way to end the day. Every morning you wake up to an amazing view from all the bedrooms. You can walk to mirror lake and enjoy and nice meal or ice cream. Bonnie was very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be back soon.

The size and accommodations were top notch. Well appointed and stocked, and a reasonable walk to the village. Would definitely recommend it to anyone with a large family or group... very spacious.

Exactly as the pictures show. Sometimes you don't get what you see. This house was exactly what you saw in the pictures. Enjoyed the house and all the water, and scenery. Couldn't ask for more.

This was my second time stay at the home. Perfect location with a short walk into town. The house was very clean with plenty of space for everyone.

My grandson was participating in the ESWG this past weekend and we were seeking an alternative to renting several standard rooms so we could maximize our time together. The Marcy was excellent; spotless, impeccably decorated, spacious and well laid out, everything we had hoped for and then some! The boys really appreciated the game room, and the adults were glad that we could hang out in the living area and catch up with each other without the children listening in on our conversations. We were treated to the most beautiful sun set from the unobstructed view from the sunroom windows, and the fact that my grandson won both silver and gold medals in his division in the luge competition was the icing on the cake.

Marcy was an excellent property for our families! It was a greet floor plan, beautifully presented, and met all of our needs. Everyone had space, and all of the amenities were exceptionally clean and ample. Great location, and we can't wait to come back! Everyone we interacted with was pleasant and helpful! Thank you!
