We had an amazing stay at Christmas! Property has a great location close to everything we wanted to do. Quiet neighborhood and house is on a corner lot with lots of room for parking for our visitors. Rocco was amazing to answer all our questions and requests. Will absolutely stay again when visiting Wichita Falls!

This property was a great stay. Was close to everything. It was big enough for 6 adults and some extra that came to stop by for a wedding we were in town for. The back yard is very spacious, pool was clean, inside had everything we needed.

This is a great place for families who want to hang out, play games and enjoy the outdoor pool. It's not heated, though, so is really only swimmable in the summer. The house was clean and had the very basic supplies but nothing more. Needs more bath and kitchen towels, hairdryer, bathroom supplies, a good fry pan, etc. to make the stay up-to-par with dozens of other VRBOs we've stayed in. Owner was also not quick to respond to questions and never followed through in getting us a small fridge when the kitchen fridge went out. Thankfully it kicked back in after unplugging it so we didn't have to hound him.

The game room was a huge plus because it gave us something to do on our downtime. The tvs were also easy to use. Food and grocery stores were close by so that was convenient! If it wasn’t 30 degrees, we definitely would have jumped in the pool. It was clean and nice! Overall it was a good experience!

We rented this property to visit our son at tech school. Weber rented many properties all over the country and this would rank in the very top for us. It was clean, comfortable, fun and the owner was extremely helpful when I had any questions. We will definitely pick this property again when we visit our son during his time at Sheppard AFB.

Property was perfect for our family over Thanksgiving! Travelled to spend holidays with our son and cooked full Thanksgiving dinner. Everything we needed to make it happen in the kitchen. Beautifully remodeled. Great fenced in backyard for kids to play. Property owner was amazing!!! The pool was even crystal clear in Nov!

The house was very nice, clean and the large dining room table was perfect for us since we spend most of our time there. Only problem we had was there was 5 of us and home only had 4 plates ,soup bowls, flatware, etc. We made it work, so overall we'd certainly stay there again next year.

This home is fabulous! Very clean, beautiful decor and great for entertaining. Just as advertised. Outdoor pool and huge game room with pool table, foosball and table tennis means there is something for everyone. The owner is also very responsive and interested in making sure you have a great stay. I highly recommend this property. You are sure to be impressed!

We picked this place because it has a pool, and it did not disappoint. We really wanted a relaxing vacation where we could swim every day and spend time together. This house was perfect for us. It’s spacious enough for all four of us to spread out and have space and also has a nice living room with smart TV. And it is very clean. Beds were very comfortable. The game room (with pool table, football, and ping pong table) provided lots of fun. The generous hosts provided some drinks and snacks to get us started, which was very appreciated. It’s well stocked with cookware if you plan to cook your own meals. Definitely would recommended if you’re staying in Wichita Falls and want a nice house in a quiet neighborhood that’s pretty close to everything you might want to do. We tried most of the host’s restaurant recommendations, and they were all solid as well!

The home was clean and beds were awesome. Could use a few more plates and silverware in the kitchen. We were looking forward to the pool use but it never was very clear looking so most refrained from using it. Extra bedding for the futon would be nice also. Overall the house has a great layout for six guests and bath towels were big and nice.

Excellent place to stay in Wichita Falls. The pool was well maintained and we enjoyed it! Only an hour to Wichita Mountains Wildlife Reserve. We brought our 2 dogs and there was plenty of room in the home. Game room was a plus when we weren’t in the pool. There were snacks provided which added to the great hospitality. Rocco was just a text away if we needed anything.

This property checked all the boxes for me. Property owner communicated great, check-in was easy, house was very clean, spacious common areas, remodeled and updated bedrooms and bathrooms. But the biggest hit of all was the game room. My grown kids enjoyed it as much as I did. I will definitely be staying here again should I be back in the area.
