Gorgeous lake-front 10BR home in the gated luxury Storey Lake resort with private pool/jacuzzi and grill in a covered/lighted patio area. This vacation destination is only 5 miles to Disney World, Universal Studios, and close by to many major attractions Orlando has to offer! 10 BR and 19 beds accommodates up to 28 people. The Bronson clubhouse with lazy river, pool, and gym is just around the corner with walking distance. Super Target, Marshall, and many restaurants are minutes away right outside of the resort. Every room has been thoughtfully crafted to cater to your dream vacation in Orlando! The themed rooms range from exotic jungle, Disney Princesses, Star Wars, to action-packed Marvel heroes. Shared spaces include a family room with an 85'' TV (11 other 70'' and 55'' TVs throughout the home); a billiard lounge with pool table, and dart board game for adults to enjoy while watching the sports games; a Sea World themed recreation room with bunk beds, table set, gym bicycle, air hockey table, foosball table, board games and children's books for kids to have fun; infants and toddlers can play on the foam floor mats and soft blocks. All your needs will be met by this home with in-home access to a washing machine and a dryer, an ironing board, a dishwasher, and a fully stocked kitchen filled with high-end double oven range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware, and utensils for both adults and young kids. * Early check-in or late check-out is possible based on availability. The charge is $50 for each hour requested. * Optional heated pool/spa is provided for the whole stay with a charge of $50 each day. * There is a grill with two propane tanks. The guests would need to refill or exchange the tanks at gas stations, local stores (Home Depot or Costco) if the tanks are empty. The cost of buying a new full tank is $65 without an empty tank, $10-$30 with an empty tank. Please clean the grill after use. There will be a $60 charge if the grill is not cleaned before checking out. * Trash is collected daily anytime between 10:00am and 5:00pm. All trash must be bagged and placed outside next to the property's front door. Trash that is not bagged will not be collected or be collected with a charge at the guest's cost. * There is no mailbox for this property thus USPS mails or packages will not be delivered. However, Amazon orders or shipments via UPS/Fedex can be delivered. * Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors or in the pool area. ($800 surcharge for odor removal) * For the health of all current and future guests, no pet is allowed in this house. ($600 fine if breaking the no-pet rule) * Parting is absolutely prohibited at this property. * No running or diving in the pool area. The pool screen fence must be on all the time. Younger children must be under adult supervision in the pool area. * Quiet Time in the Storey Lake Community begins at 10 pm and ends at 6 am. This is regulated by the Osceola County Sherriff Office. * Guests will be responsible for any damage to the property that occurs during your stay. Any missing or damaged items of the property will be charged toward your deposit. The resort is a 24/7 guard-gated community. Guests have complimentary access to the Storey Lake Resort Clubhouse amenities. A second clubhouse, Bronson Club, next to our community gate was just opened in December 2022. The Luxury services provided include a water park with water slides and lazy river, beach volleyball, gym, sports courts; Services like kayak rentals, mini golf, restaurant/bar, spa/massage, and concierge are provided at the clubhouse as well! Please bring the towels back if you take them to the pool at the clubhouse. - Storey Lake Clubhouse address: 4715 Kings Castle Cir, Kissimmee, FL 34746 - Bronson Clubhouse address: 2700 Reading Trail, Kissimmee, FL 34746 * The QR code or your booking email is needed for accessing the clubhouses. Free and easily accessible parking at the home and throughout the resort. Minutes many stores such as Super Target, Sam's club, Marshalls, and restaurants. Driving Times to local attractions: - Disney World Parks - 10-20 minutes - Universal Studio - 25 minutes - Sea World - 15 minutes - Gatorland - 15 minutes - Orange County Convention Center - 15 minutes - Pirate’s Cove Adventure Golf - 10 minutes - Fun Spot America - 10 minutes - Altitude Trampoline Park - 10 minutes - Orlando is golf heaven. The house was just what we needed. We were there for a high school cheer competition. It was very spacious & clean. Jason was an excellent host responding almost immediately to any questions we had.

My husband and I rented Lakeview Storylake for our adult kids and their families. We had 10 adults and 10 kids and this house was perfect for us. There were enough comfortable king beds for couples and the kids themed rooms were a huge hit. There was a great play room for the kids and the open space plan on first floor was key for us as we all wanted to be together. The house was also, well equipped with nice appliances and pans etc. we love to cook so, that was a bonus. We would totally stay here again. Jason, our host, was amazing and responded promptly with any questions we had. Thanks Jason for making our vacation seamless!

This property was amazing and met all of my families needs! We are a big family of almost 30 people and this house had enough room for all of us! It was clean and organized and plenty of entertainment for all ages. The whole community is nice and the clubhouse was amazing! All the amenities needed were at the house from dish-ware to towels to child play pens and high chairs! The pool and jacuzzi were very nice and we loved being able to grill while we had our pool party! I think our family make come here every year we have 0 complaints! Jason was also a gracious host and heated the pool for us on a last minute request with no hesitation! Thank you Jason! Your home was perfect and made our Thanksgiving extra special. :-)

The house was beautiful and clean. There had apparently been an issue with the sliding glass door leading to the patio/pool area before we arrived, but our host Jason was amazing about having it resolved before any of us checked in. The pool was fantastic and there were even kids pool toys and floats provided. There was an internet outage in the area the first night, but again our host Jason stayed in constant communication with me, keeping me updated on the progress of the outage repair, which was resolved the very next morning. Everything we could need for a comfortable stay was provided by our gracious host and it was only a 2 to 5 minute drive to Target, Wal-Mart and Puplix for our grocery needs. 100% recommend this property and its fantastic host Jason. We will be staying again.

My wife, 4 adult children and their spouses, and 5 grandchildren stayed for 5 nights. The house was in excellent condition and everything was exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen and appliances were all new, and there was a bonus fridge in the playroom that came in handy. The second day we were there the pool pump stopped working. I contacted Jason and within 30 minutes the pool guy showed up and fixed it. You can't ask for better customer service than that. My entire family was thrilled, not one negative comment was made about the property during our stay. I highly recommend this house and host.

The property was super clean, the rooms exceeded my expectations as well as the shared spaces, and the check in process was simple and allowed for other family members to check in before I arrived. The only challenges we faced were returning to the property throughout our stay when around the daily check in time. The line would be backed up where we would enter the gate and we would have to wait for long periods of time to get through to our rental. Other than this challenge we had an awesome time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very nice home that was exactly as advertised! Plenty of fun things to do, comfortable beds, space for everyone to spread out and relax. Our host, Jason, was attentive and quick to respond to messages! Highly recommend this rental!

My entie family loved this house and I was the hero for finding it. Jason was very uick to answer all questions and we had no issues so I never had to contact him personally. The house was cleana nd had plenty and I mean plenty of towels for a large group. The pool area has a view of the lake and there were penty of pool floats for the children. Most places don't havea lot of pots and pans but this place has plenty. If you have infants, they even have pack & plays. There are lights at the pool so the children got to swin at night and they have a ax throwing game that the men loved(plastic). We will return foranother vist.

We were very impressed! The housecwas very thing that is listed and more. Very comfortable and the manager Jason very professional and very prompt Wyeth responses. I would definitely be using this company and house again!!! The space is great for family gathering or vacation stays.

The best part was the responsiveness of Jason. He responded essentially immediately to questions. (how to adjust the pool temp. when we could get into the place as we arrived early, etc.) The place was as billed. We enjoyed it immensely.

There were 12 of us (4 generations) staying at the property and everyone thought it was a great space
Many little extras (the pool floats were a huge hit with the kids) made it convenient and fun. Parking was adequate and the free shuttle to the water park was a big help. We also walked to the closer water park.
Our host, Jason, was very quick to respond to messages and was great about providing information about the property.
We’re already talking about a return to the house next year.

Great place to get together for my parents 50th anniversary! Very clean with plenty of space. Close to Disney and all the attractions. Jason was very attentive and easy to communicate with. My family and I would definitely stay here again!

The house was well kept and clean when we arrived. The outdoor space with the pool and the additional seating space was nice for the several families to spread out while staying there. The owner was fabulous and communicated with us instantly when the neighborhood had a power outage during our stay. Although the houses in the neighborhood are close together, the house did a great job of staying quiet once inside.
