We were a group of six, grandparents, parents, and children. The house met all our needs. The heated pool was wonderful. The local beach was a 5 minute drive away. There was a surfeit of beach towels. For trips to the beach we had beach chairs, several umbrellas, some sand toys and two boogie boards. The kitchen was well stocked. Bonnie was a fantastic host. She was quickly responded to any concerns we had. The house was in a quiet residential neighborhood, with easy access to the local supermarket.

Two Dads - Two Daughters. My friend and I brought our 12 yr old daughters down to Venice from Minnesota to compete at Fox Lea Equestrian Center for the long weekend. Staying at this beautiful home rather than a motel for five days made the trip extremely comfortable. The girls loved it. The home was very clean and we all felt like we were staying with family. The owner was so easy to communicate with - very supportive with every step. We will come back!

Our family (4 adults) stayed at this home in Venice for 10 nights. This home exceeded our expectations. It's more spacious than the pictures show in the listing. It's in a very quiet, safe neighborhood and only a few minutes drive to restaurants, downtown Venice and the beaches. Bonnie's home is super clean, well maintained and she is a great host. We will book this home the next time we are in Venice!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this property. As soon as we walked in we could tell that the property was very clean and well taken care of. The house not only has the essentials but also was well stocked with kitchen supplies, cleaning supplies and a large assortment of beach items. The house is a short 6 min drive to the local beach and is in a very convenient location to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Highly recommend this property.

We had a great time. The communication with host was super easy. She responded to all my questions right away and was super nice The house was great and super clean and close to everything. Staying at the Villa Venice exceeded our expectations. The home was like a small get away "home base" for a 5 day vacation for my wife, son and his partner. The pool was so relaxing and the kitchen was well equipped for meals. The location was great as it was super close to Manasota Key Beach and Blind Pass Beach. We spent a day at each. Downtown Venice is not too far away. I also took my morning jog at the South Venice Lemon Bay Preserve down the street. Bonnie, the host did a great job answering any questions we had and communicating with us. We would definitely stay there again.

Villa is exactly as pictured, very clean and up-to-date. Quiet residential neighborhood, fence and plants provide lots of privacy. It's close to many beaches, restaurant and shopping options. We had lovely, relaxing week.

Nice, clean property! Comfortable for the whole family. The neighborhood was quiet and enjoyed the short 6 minute drive to Manasota Key Beach. Communication was quick and easy. A beach wagon would have been nice to get everything to and from the car at the beach but otherwise no complaints!

We really enjoyed our stay in this house!! The kids (12 yr old and 3 yr old) really loved the pool. Pool is heated to 83 deg and was just right. House was very clean, updated, and well cared for. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, and felt homey. Neighborhood is very quiet. Great beaches only a few miles away. There are a few pool toys/floats and things for the beach like a cooler, chairs, umbrellas, etc. Will definitely plan to use this one again!

This beautiful house was just what our family needed after a few days at Disney World to relax and unwind! It is nicely appointed with everything you need for cooking and playing in the sand and sun! There are beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and a cooler to make a beach day fun for the whole family! There are also pool toys, which my 4 year old LOVED! Bonnie was amazing at responding to any questions I had while staying at the house. This was an amazing place to call home for 4 days this spring!

Just returned from a 9 night stay at this beautiful home! Great location in a quiet neighborhood and only a 2 mile drive to beautiful Manasota Beach. Very clean spacious home with everything you need. We enjoyed using the pool and outside seating area everyday! We hope to return to this wonderful property next year!

The home is spacious, clean, very well appointed. Everything needed for a seamless and comfortable stay is provided and is in good order. Communication with the owner was easy with a very quick response time. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet yet a very short drive to beaches, and downtown. Everything you need. Very clean. Owner very responsive. Nice having master br on one side of home , and 2 bedrooms on other side. Pool was beautiful. Came to visit local family. Will return again. Pleanty of beaches nearby to choose from.
