Other Things to Note: *The 3% credit card processing fee for VRBO booking payments can not be refunded in case of cancellations. * No additional taxes or resort fees * Signature will place a temporary hold on your card for $100-$300 at check in for incidentals. It will be released back to you after check out. * The cleaning company cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. However, you can leave your luggage at the front desk either before or after your stay. * Cleanings before check-in and after check-out are covered by the cleaning fee. Daily housekeeping is not included, but is available on demand for a price. * The entire building is strictly smoke-free. * We have a Nevada State Business License and pay all applicable fees and taxes. * You or someone in your party must be 21 years or older to rent this property Interaction with Guests: The check-in and check-out is similar to a hotel. The front desk is available 24/7 for any maintenance emergencies. Pretty much any other issue should be addressed by sending a message to the host. The front desk will require a credit or debit card at check-in, but it's only for incidentals (spa packages, restaurant, bar, room service) or damage to the property. If you use a debit card for incidentals, the front desk will place a $100-$300 hold on the card during your stay. This will be released after you check out. At least one person in your group must be 21 years of age or older in order to reserve the room. You will not be given a room key by the Signature staff if you don't have someone who is at least 21 years of age on the reservation. Please let us know if you have questions or concerns.

Property condition and clearness are both good. Valet parking was not available most times at evening. Self parking is about 1-1.5 miles away. Not peasant journey at night! Wi-Fi was not properly working most time of stay and it did take a lot of calls and emails to make it working. The hotel support on this issue was not acceptable.

We got the best strips view for New Year fireworks and Sphere. The condo is clean and comfortable. It will be our first choice next time.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The staff was very helpful with luggage and local information. Thankfully no smoking was allowed, unlike the 'gambling resorts,' where there was smell of smoke was everywhere. The room was beautifully kept, and the view of the city was phenomenal. The F1 race track was close by and we were able to watch the practice runs right from our window. We would definitely stay at this 5 star property again.

We had tickets for the Sphere to see U2. It was great because we could see the Sphere out of the window from our suite. The room has a great view. We arrived late so followed the directions for late arrivals and checked in no problem. From the MGM Signature suites you can walk from tower to tower to the MGM and they have the moving escalators all indoor. We walked over to MGM to shop, eat, and to catch the monorail. They have a Share Ride pick up area to get Lyft and Uber at the suites, but once we found the monorail we used that instead. The room is just like advertised. Clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The elevators are across the hall, so easy in and out. The room was quiet. Communication with the owners was spot on. They got back to me within a few minutes if I had questions. The building is fully fire sprinklered and we felt very safe the whole time we were there. We would definitely stay there again.

The property was clean and had a complete stuff that you’ll need for staying in a condo/hotel like kitchen, utensils, refrigerator, microwave etc. definitely will recommend to everyone that want a place to stay while in Las Vegas.

This room was amazing! Everything was thought of and more! Have not a single complaint or thought of improvement! Incredible view and close enough to everything to be able to walk! Thank you so much! We will definitely be staying here again!

Love the MGM Signature for the location and offerings. Much quieter than a traditional Casino Resort on strip. Pool access to MGM but never left Sig Pools. Easy access to Ubers . Road construction in preparation for F1 is terrible right now, but temporary. Super easy check in. Friendly staff.

I love this hotel because it’s like staying in a hotel without all the extra expenses but feels like home with all the extras that they offer. I will be back soon to enjoy The Signature in the near future .

Super nice condo that is 9 min walk to Planet Hollywood or Ellis Island. Description is exact. Very quiet. Slept great. Word definitely stay here again next time we are inn town.

The condo was ideal for my conference (located on MGM property). It was spacious enough to be comfortable to sleep in but also relax and work in. Jaccuzi tub was great since the pools all close at 6p (although I did feel guilty about the drought issue). I would stay here again.
