Lovely modern condo with great views of the river, downtown, and surrounding areas. Very easy access from interstates. Very close to downtown attractions like the strip. 10/10. Strongly recommend.

This was my wife and I’s first trip to Nashville. We were joined by her best friend & husband. This too was their first trip there. The location is close to Broadway and beautiful view of the river. Train traffic was not a concern. If someone is a light sleeper you may hear the train, but honestly not an issue. Little things like a broken toilet seat, spilled water or something spilled on rug in main floor bedroom (carpet was wet for two days), keyless entry is great but takes a while to get use to. Area has a lot of development going on and construction noise can be an issue. Bedding was stained and honestly needs to be replaced. Wife stripped the bed and washed everything after we arrived due to stains. But, even for these issues I would recommend staying here, primarily due to view and proximity to Broadway.

I could not download the latch download to get the code for the garage door. It should have been noted in the paperwork that the garage code was the same as the elevator code. We waited for over an hour for someone to call us back to let us know the code. The toilet seat in the master bathroom was broke. I tried to fix it my self but the design of the toilet I could not fix it. The house keepers should have informed the owner so he could have had it fixed before new guests arrived. The upstairs roof top deck was very nice however the windows and two chairs were covered in spider webs. House keeping could have taken 10 minutes to wipe everything down to make it a lot more presentable. The worse thing about the condo was the Nest thermostat that was set at 75. I tried numerous times to reset it at 70 to make it more pleasant however everytime after the third cycle it would revert back to its preset temperature of 75 which made it very uncomfortable upstairs especially when it was 90 degrees outside. Also their was only two towels per bathroom. Hard to believe that two extra towels per bathroom were not supplied. I am sure their was other issues with this unit but I figured I covered the major ones. Thanks

Newer remodel, nicely appointed with nice views. Just as fyi to owner it could use a better cleaning in areas like windows, mirrors, carpet, balconies and the toilet seat is ready to fall off. Overnight train takes some getting used to. I’d stay again as it’s still an overall nice place and good location.

This unit was very cute and near Broadway. However it must be understood there is a train right next to it that goes all night. Getting sleep is a little challenging. The unit was somewhat clean, but unfortunately the balconies were not and unable to use. The beds was comfortable. The kitchen had supplies for cooking, but missed out on wine glasses, only plastic tumblers. Would be nice to have extra towels and a blankets. The area is being renovated near the water, so some roads are closed. Walking to Broadway during the day would be fine, but drove at night.

This was a great condo in a perfect location that was walking distance to Printers Alley and Broadway. The 2nd story balcony was fabulous with lots of space. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice.

This property was perfect! We loved everything about it. The two decks were perfect and the river view was awesome. You can hear the trains, but they aren’t terribly loud and never really bothered us. The beds were super comfy, and even the sleeper sofa wasn’t uncomfortable. It was great having a washer and dryer, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook basic meals. Parking was gated and you had to have a code to get into the garage and the building, so it was nice and safe. The location was really great and wasn’t very far from anything. We were VERY close to the baseball stadium and only a short drive from downtown, the gulch, 12 south, broadway, printers alley, etc… Super close to Top Golf too. I will say there was a LOT of construction in the area and when we first got there we had to drive around lots of closed roads and navigate our way ourselves because Google didn’t know they were closed. The road the unit was on was temporarily completely closed and we had to drive around two signs that said “road closed to through traffic. “ It posed a challenge initially, but once we figured it out, we knew what to do moving forward. If we come back to Nashville, we will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property! Very clean and modern. Great location with a short walk along the water to Broadway. Our friend loves trains and tugboats so it was the perfect property for viewing those. The property is newer so maintenance was in a few times fixing items. They were all so friendly. . Only negative I have is the 10am checkout. When you are from a different time zone across the country it’s way to early. We will definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

We enjoyed the outdoor areas. The constant train that ran next to the property was distracting. Pain to get in and out of parking garage but located so easy drive to any destination.

Great view and location. With the property being on the water there were many spiders and webs, inside and on both patios. Invest in some spider spray and have your property management clean corner and the patio prior to every stay.

Great location to walk to Broadway. Awesome outdoor spaces! Perfect for our stay with 4 adults. We loved it. Our only two issues were that there was a Kuerig but no pod to add your coffee to. We ended up buying a coffee pot to use for our stay. The second issue was the toilet seats did not fit well and the one upstairs was loose, making it a bit challenging. Besides that we would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful property overall, as described and photos show. However, the upper bedroom (the king bed, master) needs more curtains. So bright starting at 5am, impossible to sleep past 6am. The upstairs is also at least 10 degrees hotter than the downstairs (where the thermostat is). Beautiful property though and nicely decorated.

Apartment was very clean and comfortable, we enjoyed the view of the river from the terrace. Perfect location for exploring, walking distance to museums, the farmers market and park. Check in was automated, codes to the door change daily so you need internet access.

This is a great place to stay.. close to downtown in the Germantown District! Everything as stated! Nice view of the river and the industrial yard. We have some great pics at sunrise. Exceptionally clean and cared for. We did a lot of walking (by choice), and felt very safe in the area. Had a great time in Nashville!
