It was a lovely stay with great beds. There is only street parking, but it worked out well. It is in a good location. Close to the highways.

We had 9 of us in town for a bowling tournament.
The house was plenty big enough for all.
It was clean and had a grill (charcoal) and firepit that we used a good amount.
Large kitchen and large dining room for games or meals.

Pros-Home is nice, and can accommodate a large group.
Con- furniture in living room is very worn and tattered.
Pros-Location is good you can walk to restaurants but house does sit on a busy street.
Cons-there are only 2 televisions for the entire house.
Very bare when it comes to provided amenities. I suggest you bring your own towels and wash clothes, pack toilet paper, soap etc. Also, be careful in the master bedroom shower as it is very slippery and, there is no real blockage to keep water inside so the floor gets wet.
Linens are very worn and there were no visible replacements which indicates multiple usage.
The temperature was difficult to control so it stayed very cool. Pro-Plenty of blankets were available.
Ice maker in fridge is out of order.
*If you need to get in touch with owner best to text him as we were locked out for over an hour and he did not return phone calls so be sure he has "activated" code before you arrive.
Enjoy your stay

It was exactly as pictured. Very easy to get in and out.

Fair price for our stay. The home provided ample enough space for our large group and very short Ubers to downtown attractions. Will likely book again.

Let me start by saying communication with host was terrible, I messaged to see about a early check in… no response, when I got there I messaged about old pizza boxes that were left in the oven… no response. Later noticed the TV in bedroom came on but no channels or Roku would work…. No response. Next morning asked for a late check out… no response. Then when I messaged and said there was no communication on their behalf, I get a response that says I was driving all day yesterday and can’t text and drive…not a good excuse since that day you were renting un this home and I’m sure stopped sometime. Regardless. I wasn’t even going to leave a review about all the troubles until after we checked out he says we were smoking cigars in the house… well funny because NO ONE in my group smokes cigars. The smoke I’m sure they smelled was from the old pizza boxes that were left in the oven previously and caused all the smoke detectors to go off from them burning in the oven. He may have known this had he responded to my text about it. Then proceeded to charge us $ for smoking in the house (that was not done). They were just looking for a way to get more money from us in my opinion. So let me give facts about the home as well…due to the size of the home it is difficult to heat and it was freezing our entire stay… the master bedroom’s shower only got luke warm. The other rooms beds were extremely uncomfortable. So uncomfortable that one couple slept on the couches.

This place was perfect for hosting a lot of family we had in town for an event. It was clean, it's nice neighborhood, and was reasonably price. No complaints. I would book again if the need arose.

The place is comfortably furnished, spacious, with WiFi, electricity, and water. But we expected more than that at the price, some gracious amenities, not lots of problems. Middles of floors and counters were clean but otherwise dusty and neglected. The dishwasher left a film and particles of food on plates and silverware even after 2 normal washes. The only skillet was a cast iron 6" diameter; try fixing eggs, bacon, and pancakes for 8-9 people with that. The pots looked like what you'd find at Goodwill only more scratched up. The coffee pot made 5 cups (actually 4 full ones) or you can buy cartridges and make it a cup at a time with the Keurig. The washing machine went through the wash cycle with inadequate water so the upper 1/3 of clothing remained dry until rinse cycle. Watch the front steps; there are no handrails. The master shower floor is very slippery--I slipped several times but didn't fall. There were major issues with the TV remote (corroded batteries; we finally got the upstairs remote to work on the downstairs TV). Only my brother and his wife stayed overnight after four nights there. The three other couples in my family declined. We cleaned up the place and left it 2 days early.
The house has no guidebook explaining trash or recycling practices and check out procedures, with maybe an introduction to the neighborhood and nearby restaurants.

2 days before check in I sent a note to the property mgr. asking about parking. No response. Parking was generically covered in the generic email I received the day before checking in, so I figured "Oh well". Driving there the day of check-in and people are asking me about the door code. I didn't receive it by check in time. Emailed the guy twice and finally got a response. "Oh yeah". Then when we arrived a short time later you can imagine my surprise to see the mgr. sitting at the dining room table doing a video call. He mumbled something about painting being done and left. As we looked through the house, I noticed the none of the wall switches worked upstairs. I texted/emailed him about this. No immediate response, so after 10 minutes I called. He quickly rushed me off the phone as he was still in front of the house in his car finishing his call. As it turns out, a handful of circuit breakers were tripped which fixed the problem but the electrical panel is locked. Good thing he was nearby (sort of good, that is). No "sorry about that". Or "hope you enjoy your stay". The next thing was that the shower upstairs was spraying water everywhere. I let him know about this and said we didn't necessarily need it fixed but thought he'd want to know. No "thanks for letting me know" but a borderline illiterate response about the nozzles being clogged and me cleaning the "nipples" to open it up. Yeah thanks pal I know the difference between a clogged shower head and a knucklehead who didn't put a washer in or plumbers tape on it. Broken ice machine and a month old looking bag of ice as a replacement. Weak. TV remotes didn't work. Bummer. Found a half filled bottle of gatorade jammed into the couch. Candy wrappers in one of the beds. Gross. Some people are born with a good customer service gene. Others think this is a get rich quick scheme. When you are the latter, don't do this job. It won't work out. Do not recommend this property particularly at these prices.

Wonderful house in a great neighborhood
A group of friends came to Indy for a Dave Matthews Band concert weekend, the house was perfect for our needs! Cute, clean and in a very nice area. Loved the outside patio and fire pit area and enjoyed Baby's restaurant down the street. The home was spacious and modern. Would love to stay again!

Nice older established well kept neighborhood. We liked the natural wood throughout the house & stained glass covers on many of the lights, color scheme and finishes both inside & out were very beautiful, beds were all comfortable. TVs, Internet & WIFI worked great. Kitchen had plenty of room & cooking, plates glasses etc. for all of us. We really enjoyed ourselves & our daughters graduation went great. The house was less than 2 miles away from where we needed to go. Perfect spot for all of us. We did a lot of walking the neighborhood. Walked over to Baby's restaurant for lunch Sunday, good food, nice not having to drive. looked like a couple more restaurants within walking distance. Great location. Thank you again for opening your home to us."

The house was very clean. Our family of 10 were comfortably accommodated in this house! We enjoyed the spacious master bedroom suite! A huge plus three full bathrooms. My in-laws are very particular on where they stay, therefore they gave this place their stamp of approval. One negative factor was too cold to enjoy the patio!

First of all, this place is huge! Everyone had their own room, but our boys decided to share the bunk bed room. :) The beds were so comfy. It's perfect for families with young kids. They even had a baby gate! Also a pack n play, baby bath, and even nursing pillows. Very homey place. We enjoyed walking to Baby's and Loco for dinner. We thought the location was very convenient for our plans-the Children's Museum and other nearby attractions. Great place!
