This place was perfecr for my family. The ladder to the upstairs loft could have used some of those swimming tubs around them to soften the feel of the metal ladder, but everything's else was absolutely perfecr.
I would definately rent this place again.

The residence is in a very bad location. There was no communication from the owner when I emailed asking them for a partial refund due to inability to use the space. We never stayed!

Loved our stay at this cozy clean loft. Me and my family enjoyed it very much!

Home away from home
The property felt like a home away from home. Quiet neighborhood. Markets close by and within walking distance. The bedroom and loft were spacious and it was clean and well lit. I would stay here again

We don’t spend much time indoors on vacation, so it was a good place to prepare meals and crash for the night. I would not say that the loft sleeps 8, six at max. There was mold on shower curtain and ants throughout. Otherwise we had a good stay. It got kind of loud on the weekend, but was quiet and peaceful during the week.

The A/C could not be set below 70 degrees, or it was not working.

No assigned parking. No toilet paper. Mold on shower curtain. Paper thin walls (you can hear the neighbors convo). Was charged an 'extra guest fee', but there were only 2 towels. There were ants on kitchen counter (coming from the wall and cabinets). Would not return here. Fine for price. But not worth it.

Overall it was a good place to stay. There is only one bedroom. The loft area does not have a door so the noise is shared from the kitchen/livingroom. The ladder is very high off the ground and not ideal if you have suitcases to bring up. Little room for storage in this place and the streets are very crowded with cars but we always had a spot to park around the corner. You could also hear noise from the adjoining walls with the neighbors. It was good for what we needed it for, price and a place to stay while out in Northern Cali.
