Come visit this 7 bedroom home in Michigan City with the family. The house has a great open concept that allows you to spend time together in the living room, dining room, and the kitchen. Theres an outdoor porch and closed porch to relax in, the backyard has a grill and pinic table as well as extra chairs to lounge in, and a hot tub. The house is located just 5 minutes away from Washington Park Beach, you can have fun visiting the lake, casino, breweries, wineries or just hang out at the house and cook out and hang in the hot tub. New Buffalo is 10 minutes away and the Indiana Dunes are 15 minutes from the home. The hot tub is on during winter too! First Floor: Bed 1 - Queen bed with pack and play in the closet for baby and an inflatable twin size bed in the closet Bed 2 - Queen bed Second Floor: Bed 3- Queen Bed and queen size inflatable bed + pack and play for baby in the closet Bed 4- Queen Bed and Bunk Beds Bed 5- Queen Bed and inflatable twin size bed in closet Bed 6- Two sets of bunk beds, two pull out beds underneath the bunk beds Bed 7- Queen bed with its own bathroom Please note the bedding is washed after each visit, and the home is cleaned and sanitized after every visit.

We had a group of 14 friends getting together to enjoy the weekend. This house was perfect- good shared space, lots of privacy, and good amenities.

Stayed here for a short Thanksgiving break with family, celebrating the holiday and our mom’s 75th birthday. Nice to have a couple bedrooms on the first floor, as we had a couple in the group who have trouble with stairs. Everything was super clean. Hot tub was nice. More than enough beds for our group of 15, but could have used a little more seating in the living room and more bath towels. Karen was very accessible by phone.
Outlet mall is about 6blocks away. Overall a great place to stay!

Overall the house was great! We were there with 5 families that are all friend. There was a great bunk room for all the kids and all the couples had their own bedrooms. Good number of bathrooms to share. Beds were comfortable. Location was close to Lighthouse outlets and to the beach. Backyard had a great cover to help with shade. Hot tub was a nice bonus. Great large table to eat and play games. Plus a washer and dryer. This all provided for a great getaway.

Had an absolutely amazing weekend stay! The house was perfect for our group, plenty of space and super cute! Location is awesome and the hot tub was the perfect addition to our nights.

Back yard smaller than we hoped for and hot tub not as clean as would of liked. Did understand there had been another renter who left day we arrived. We did enjpy the front porch!

The property was as described in the listing. We vacation with another family & this is the first house we have stayed at that had plenty of beds (not sofa beds or futons) to sleep our group comfortably & enough bathrooms. The house was well laid out. Host was very responsive with communication. We will definitely return the next time we are in Michigan City.

This home was perfect for our family of 18, bedrooms were nice, plenty of bathrooms and downstairs is open for all to gather. The only thing I would suggest is having more towels, kitchenware and cookware. When you have a house that big we really need enough for everyone. Also suggest full length mirrors and hooks to hang this on, this would have been very helpful. We loved coffee on the porch and yes the neighborhood is a little rough but we had absolutely no issues at all, I think some people just need to get out more and experience life outside their small towns. Lots of reviews knocked the location , but it is just fine. Can’t wait to go back!

We spent our first family vacation here and the house was great! We had plenty of room for 10 adults, 6 kids and a baby. We loved the huge dining room table and the hot tub. It’s a nice central location so we were able to check out New Buffalo, Michigan and Indiana Dunes as well. The only negative was the neighborhood. It was pretty loud at night and the construction made getting around really difficult. The end of our one-way street was closed off and it took us awhile to figure out we had to take a very tiny alley to get out. Be aware there’s a train that runs constantly so that was also noisy and a challenge with driving. But the house itself was great and I would recommend it!

The house was really comfortable and nice for our large group. There was a slight issue with the battery of the keypad lock dying, but the hosts were prompt in responding. Aside from that, no complaints. Everything was great!

15 of our family members enjoyed this wonderful, spacious home in Michigan City! Lots to do in the area during the day, followed by an evening barbecue w/hot tub when we returned. Thanks to the owners for a lovely place to stay to make more family memories ❤️

We had a family of four generations (19 people ages 5 mos to 88 yrs) stay at the house. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable and baths spacious. The large dining table was a huge plus to gather for meals. We enjoyed the backyard picnic table, grill and hot tub. Short drive to the beach, outlet mall and Meijer. Karen is quick to respond to any questions or concerns during the entire rental process. This is a wonderful home!

This home is nice and large with super dining and living room space to gather and be together. Great layout of bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. Nice kitchen, porch and screened porch and nice yard to play bags and relax.
We celebrated my 80th birthday and could have plenty of room at the beautiful large dining table and nice room.
Close to the Washington Park beach, could be there in 10 minutes. Stores close and had a great time!!
Would definitely stay there again!

The pictures on line don’t do the house justice. My husband and I and our kids and grandkids 19 in total , went to Michigan City for a long weekend. The house was close to everything. The house also has anything you would ever need as well . We all loved it

Nice spacious home for our group of 8 adults, 1 teen & 2 kids. Plenty of room, nice front and back yards (with hot tub + gazebo) & 2 covered porches. PLENTY of beds & even games & a few toys for the kids.
Hosts available & quick to respond, without bothering us. We felt very welcome & had a fantastic long weekend with plenty to do in the area!

This was a perfect house for a small group of adults. The rooms were spacious and the house was so clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was great and the hot tub was perfect. The hosts were SUPER responsive within a minute within sending an inbox VRBO message and called when needed. It was so wonderful!

My friends and I stayed for a long weekend for a bachelorette getaway! The house was perfect for it. We had plenty of rooms so that everyone had their own bed, a large kitchen to cook, open floor plan to accommodate our whole group, and an awesome backyard! We loved the hot tub! Owners were also super easy to get a hold of. 10/10 would recommend

This was a great home, and the owners were so nice and helpful. We had 15 family/friends out for a 40th birthday. The open living room/kitchen/dining room made for an awesome space to gather.
Then it’s proximity to the New Buffalo wineries, and a great brewery and tasting room just down the street.

We had our college reunion here and it was perfect!! It was very clean and easily accommodated our group of 12. We cooked quite a few meals here and we all fit comfortably at the table. We also walked to the beach and outlets. Great weekend!!

Thank you, Karen so much for this property. It exceeded our expectations for size and cleanliness. Looks newly remodeled. Karen was very communicative and fast with her responses. We enjoyed our time at the casino and Shady Creek winery. The hot tub was a huge hit with our group; large and very clean! Would love to go back.

Everyone was amazed at the house when we arrived. The front and neighborhood were very deceiving of what was waiting for us inside. We had so much space where everyone was very comfortable. The only thing that we had an issue with was that two of the bedrooms seemed to have some electrical problems. We attempted to charge a phone in one and sparks flew out of the outlet when we tried to plug in the cord. The other bedroom with the bathroom attached, the lights nor the tv worked. We didn't spend a lot of time in the house as we were out shopping etc however we really enjoyed ourselves and will keep this in mind for future trips.

This was a girls getaway to celebrate our 40th birthdays. The house fit our needs perfectly! It was a great location for finding things to do. We were told by someone who lives in the area to be careful at night, but had no concerns that we saw.

Five couples had a fun time at this Michigan City house with lots of room to spare. The open concept living space was ideal for hanging out together even while cooking and the table accommodated us all comfortably. We took advantage of the hot tub and the walkable location, reaching the outlet mall and even the beach in a mile and a half. The description is very accurate, even the mention of few pots & pans — so if you plan to cook much, you may want to bring what you need.

The house itself was a 9/10, the neighborhood was a bit sketchy. We had a group of five couples and it was winter, so we didn't really have any outside activities planned. The house was roomy, clean, and nicely decorated. We loved the huge kitchen table and the TV room right off of that for lots of board games and football watching. My only two "knocks" would be that some of the beds didn't have top sheets, and towels were scarce. We didn't have any trouble in the neighborhood but I don't think I would have spent a lot of time outside. The back did have a privacy fence and the spa was sparkling clean. We were overall extremely happy.

The house and property were great! Roomy, clean and the hot tub was great! The neighborhood wasn’t the most appealing but we felt safe. the house was centrally location to the bars, bowling and the outlets. We had a great trip!

If you are looking for a spacious and comfortable getaway for many this home is perfect. 7 bedrooms/4 baths accommodates all with parking. Plenty to do close by or just enjoy the hot tub. Our family of 10 was very comfortable and had a blast. Thank you for the beautiful Christmas Tree. Thank was a special surprise

Very nice spacious house. Property manager available and helpful at all times. The refrigerator leak a little and the ice machine for the refrigerator wasn’t working. We wished there were televisions in all the rooms. We enjoyed our stay!

We rented the house for 9 adults and we had more than enough room for twice that many. The home is located in a quiet family neighborhood that is still seconds from downtown and minutes from the beach. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed and extras. Most of all we loved the big gating places in the kitchen, dining room and living room. Everything was perfect!

We stayed here with my family for an early 60th birthday/thanksgiving for our Mom. There are seven of us kids and two grandkids so we are a big bunch but the house was perfect! They even had pack and plays and a high chair for our one year old. It proved to be a great weekend to be all together which hasn’t happened in years.
