Beautiful house, quiet despite being near major roadway. Kitchen well stocked, with 2 large tables for family meals (eat-in kitchen and enclosed florida room). Pool well maintained. Kids loved it.

Backyard of this house with the pool is amazing and welcoming! House very cute and kitchen stocked well with necessities. Comfortable and relaxing common areas Would recommend bringing own pillows if you are particular about your pillow. We had a great time!

Overall the house is a gem. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cooking needs. Comfortable family rooms and bedrooms are spacious. Nice deck for morning coffee and the pool was great. Only draw back was the pillows.....they could be replaced with new ones......or bring your own.

Our family had a fabulous time. It was the perfect end of summer getaway. House and pool were beautiful and 5 minutes away from the beach and wonderful downtown rehoboth. It was our first time to the Delaware shore but won’t be our last!

My family & I had a wonderful stay! Really enjoyed the pool and it was a perfect location close to restaurants and the beach. About a 6 min.drive. Owner was very responsive to any questions/issues that came up.

Our family (4 adults/3 kids) had a lovely stay at this property. I can’t say enough about the backyard and the pool. Perfect for families. The kids had a great bonus room to stay in. The house is right down the street from the new playground at Rehoboth elementary as well as the turtle bridge. The house had more than enough room for us and it was clean and updated. It is located in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. The walk to the beach/downtown was a bit more of a hike than expected, but overall we had a great vacation here! Totally recommend.

Great location! Close to shops, grocery stores, and other fun activities. The house was perfect for all of us. Plenty of space and lots of areas for us to lounge around.

We had a great stay (9 adults, 1 child, 2 infants). The pool was the best part of this property. We wish the property was a bit closer to the beach, that there was more seating available at the kitchen table. The ice machine did not work, the property manager was aware of the issue but unfortunately for us it was not corrected during our stay. The property manager was very responsive and gave us some great recommendations for seafood in the area. We would overall recommend this property to a larger group wanting to utilize a pool daily.

My family and I had an amazing time at the property. Jim was very communicative. Jim was responsive about all questions we had as we had never rented a house before. The pool was wonderful and they had crew come to clean it twice. It is a little bit of hike to walk to the beach but the 2 parking passes offered are great. The only issue we had with the backyard and pool was there was a major mosquito issue and we were constantly bombarded and bit. With the bugs you also couldn't use the outdoor shower. This is the only downside I could say. Maybe get some citronella otherwise it was great. The location of the house was wonderful easy to get to and close to everything. Would totally recommend.

We went to the beach a few times and some of our party walked-some took the short drive! Great neighborhood street-felt very safe! Jim is extremely responsive and gave us suggestions for restaurants and shopping. We had a smooth relaxing vacation!

There were 14 of us...including kids. There was plenty of room for everyone. The walk to the beach is a little much for young children so I suggest bringing a wagon/stroller if that is your plan. We had some issues with one of the rooms, however, Jim was very responsive and tried to fix the issue without disrupting our vacation. Due to the issue being unable to be resolved during our stay, Jim generously offered to have our family back for a weekend in the fall. Jim is very knowledgeable of the area and gave us recommendations on where to eat. If we weren't at the beach, we were in the backyard enjoying the deck and the pool! It is beautiful!! Overall, we had a great week and made wonderful memories!

The house gave us all the room we needed, with five bedrooms and three baths. The pool is a great feature as we didn't want to go to the beach everyday. There is also a lovely deck with a table and chairs as well as a bar. We ate outside most nights which we really enjoyed. While in a quiet residential neighborhood, you are minutes away from shops and restaurants.

The house was beautiful. Tons of space for up to 14 (we were only a group of 8) and the backyard was lovely. The timing of our stay was just before the pool season really started so we appreciated Jim having the pool open and ready for use for us. Overall a great time away to share with family and friends.

Quality family time was spent hanging out on the deck, enjoying the pool in the beautiful back yard oasis! The kids were never bored and used the pool at least 3 times a day. Most relaxing stay ever. Will book again.

We traveled with dear, family friends for the first time. There was plenty of space to accommodate both of our families and yet it was intimate for us to get to know each other better. The property owner was beyond helpful - for example, there was a tropical storm (Isaias) that blew threw. The next morning, he was there cleaning the tree debris from the yard and the pool. We were going to have the kids do it, but he insisted that he would take care of it. The walk to the beach was short and we especially enjoyed the parking passes for the days we did not want to walk. The owner really put a lot of thought and care into making sure we enjoyed our time. We enjoyed meals on the deck while the kids swam. Having a property with a pool made a big difference in us choosing this home. We are so glad that we did! We highly recommend this property for your family getaway!

This house has a wonderful pool in a beautifully landscaped back yard. The owners were very helpful. I would definitely recommend it.

My extended family stayed in this property for a week. Even with 11 of us, there was still plenty of space. The pool and backyard are just as nice as what is pictured on the site. We will definitely book this property again.

Was a great place to stay for my friends and I for our short weekend in Rehoboth Beach for a wedding. Was close enough to the beach and easy to come and go from the wedding.

We had an excellent time at Jim's Rehoboth house. Although the town and beaches are nice we ended up spending most our time in the backyard, grilling and swimming. The pool is beautiful and well kept. We enjoyed some great meals on the back deck. The check-in/checkout process was smooth and Jim was quick to respond to the few questions we did have. Highly recommended! We'll be renting again.

Property was as described and expected. Something for everyone. My whole family and a blast

The pool and back yard/deck are every bit the gem they appear in the pictures. It was so lovely to be able to spend time at the pool when the beach was too hot! We bbq’d daily with the grill. Jim is an excellent host and very responsive.
