Whether your trip to Eugene includes work, visiting family, attending a sporting event, or simply exploring all that the city has to offer - our charming, updated bungalow is the perfect retreat! With plenty of amenities, our guests immediately feel right at home. With UO only two blocks away, if your trip is at all associated to the University, you're in luck! Our house is an extremely convenient location, but, on a quiet residential street. With the peaceful neighborhood in mind, there are absolutely no loud parties allowed at our house. Downstairs you'll find a spacious and inviting family living room, complete with a comfy sectional, good reads, movies and games... plus a smart tv and substantial cable package! The chef's kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances including a dishwasher, gas cook-top (with griddle), plenty of dishes and serving-ware perfect for a home-cooked family meal. The dining room has plenty of seating and leads to a unique breezeway space which draws you outside to an incredible backyard ready for outdoor dining and lounging. The downstairs bedrooms are quaint and equally charming, both with queen beds. One bedroom connects to a spacious bathroom, which also connects to the kitchen. Upstairs you'll find a desk where you can write postcards to family and friends, plus two more cozy bedrooms (full bed and king bed) and an additional bathroom + shower. Each bedroom comes complete with extra blankets and pillows, plus a fan. Whether you run hot or cold.. we've got you covered. Other amenities: onsite washer and dryer are available, WiFi, smart locks and a gated driveway. We enjoyed our stay, the place was clean and comfortable. I have no complaints, but would like to suggest another luggage rack or two in the bedrooms.

The home is absolutely beautiful. Everything was available for us. Would request this house every time we come to Eugene with a lot of family. My daughter and her fiancé surprised us and there wasn’t enough beds and the owner offered to buy an air mattress and drop it off. Who does that?? We declined the offer but that is a great host. I Was able to make a large breakfast for my family. Had everything I needed. Helped make my extended family’s time in Eugene a great one. Thank you 🙌👏

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is clean, and is very comfortable, with good beds, and nice living room furniture for hanging out and watching a game or movie. We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen is a good size, and is well equipped for multiple people to be cooking together. The AC was great after a muggy day of moving our daughter back to school. The neighborhood is safer and quieter than most that close to campus, and we liked the seating on the front porch. We had trouble checking in with the key pad, but Chris (the owner) fixed the problem very quickly, and was easy to work with regarding a later checkout time. The only things I would improve would be repair the bathroom door locks, and provide owner/manager phone numbers with the check-in info, in the online house manual, as well as the printed copy. We will definitely be back to this lovely home!

This house was great. The interior was cozy and all the rooms and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. We were able to make a great birthday dinner for our son. We had plenty of room for our family and his friends. The host was very attentive and gracious. Thx! We’ll be back.

Fantastic house - very roomy and clean with a lot of "old Eugene" charm. Super close to UO campus and food within walking distance. Great neighborhood for a morning jog.

Three of us stayed here for a weekend friends trip in Eugene. We loved the location and the house. Close to everything, but very quiet. The front porch was perfect to sit outside and enjoy the neighborhood. The kitchen/living room have a great layout, beds were comfortable and the host was amazing in supporting our stay and communication.

This is a beautifully-restored house built in 1913. Surprisingly spacious and could accommodate our large group who were in town for a wedding. The house is very clean, nicely furnished, and in a great location for accessing Eugene and U of O. Chris was very communicative and even had an HVAC guy come charge up the AC during the 100-degree heat wave. No complaints! Would stay again!
