Serving as the social hub of the bright and spacious floor plan, the Great Room presents a TV, a gas fireplace, cluster seating, and glass slider access to the veranda. The updated kitchen features a large center island with high-top stools and all you need to concoct fabulous meals. Find all three well-furnished bedrooms upstairs, each with a ceiling fan and TV. The primary suite has sliding glass doors to a private balcony. The en suite bathroom is fitted with a new vanity and a large walk-in shower. This is an incredible opportunity to capture the essence of the true southern California lifestyle and live only steps to Calafia State Beach! The San Clemente Pedestrian Beach Trail is only one block from this home, offering you the easiest and most beautiful access to the stretch of beaches throughout town. Added perks include two attached garage parking spaces, free WiFi, and cable. THINGS TO KNOW No smoking is allowed inside or outside. This is a three-level home with stairs and there are 75 stair steps to the beach from this home, so this home may not be appropriate for everyone. This home is in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Reservations for this home will not be refunded if canceled within 60 days of arrival. The spa is serviced every Friday between 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. The technician will be accessing the front deck. This condo is managed by Vacasa Seasonals Inc. and may require a Security Deposit. DRE: 02160171. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. This is a lovely condo to stay in. It had everything we needed, including Jacuzzi on the deck. Gorgeous ocean view looking down the street to your right. The three bedrooms were very nicely appointed with high-end sheets and comforters. Beds were extremely comfy. The street we were on was surprisingly quiet. We walked to the bluff a few times over the weekend to enjoy the waves. we will definitely be back!

Location, location, location! So awsome to be a super quick walk to the Beach and a quick drive downtown or to dana point and laguna beach. House was excellent and our family enjoyed grilling and hottubing on the patio. House was clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!!

The communication was great from start to finish. I received emails and texts throughout the process and the stay to give me information and ensure that I didn't need any assistance locally. When I arrived, I had the codes for the door and the garage, so getting in was a snap. The garage was wide enough for 2 standard size cars and had some beach day items in it as well. The home was clean and well appointed (especially the kitchen). Each bedroom was nice, and the downstairs area could be a nice secluded spot for kids to play games and watch tv separate from the rest of the house. The area was within walking distance to ocean views, and the beach, and you could actually see the ocean (and sunsets) from the deck. The location was close to the freeway (5) and easy to get to San Diego or LA on a day trip (we did both). Would definitely stay again for the location, the amenities and the price.

The condo was well kept and conveniently close to the beach. There was an issue with the television and the hot tub that was solved with Vacasa through texting (it was a blown fuse). A local Vacasa worker showed up shortly after reporting the issues to make certain everything was OK. Our family of four found everything we needed and would stay there again

This condo was beautiful, modern and very comfortable for our family of four (daughters 16 and 19). It was a short walk (5-10 minutes) to the beach. The weather was atypically cool, so the hot tub was nice to relax in after exploring the area. Having the washer and dryer was convenient. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

What they didn’t tell you is a standard truck doesn’t fit into the garage. Also there just isn’t any room to hang out. Lastly, the hot tub they advertised was filthy dirty so we cleaned it ourselves only to find out as was previously mentioned you couldn’t heat it to an acceptable level. We rented it for four days and left after one. The decent thing to do would be to reimburse us for this place being falsely advertised. Sorry but we were very disappointed and felt ripped off.

Clean and comfortable place to stay for weekend getaway. The only complaint I would have is with the small bathrooms. Great deck and hot tub was a plus however it would not heat up enough due to low voltage hook up. You need to run hotub for 24 hours straight to get it heated to the proper temperature to enjoy.

Just as described, very comfortable, very quiet neighborhood. We left the windows open at night and could hear the waves. It was nice to have the beach so close, the kids were able to get to the beach in minutes to start having fun. Would definitely rent again.

The unit's view is blocked by units in front of it- however the location is still fantastic- easy walk to the beach. The unit was well furnished however it could use an additional occasional chair for seating in the gathering space. Tidy and clean! Would consider renting again if I return to the area.

This condo was very clean and the neighborhood was very quiet. The space was large for the 4 of us and the hot tub was just what we needed after a day of hiking. The decor was modern and beautiful. Highly recommend this place but if you are a late night partier- not for you. Sound travels as buildings are very close to one another. Neighbor yelled at us to take it inside when we were in hot tub around 10:30pm. Other than that it was a perfect stay.

The condo was beautiful! It was very clean and situated in a beautiful quiet area. It’s pretty big for a family of 6 plus everything you need they have. The only downfall we had was that there was no propane. So we had to order food. Besides that, we had a great time with family. The hot tub was the best part! Book you won’t regret it!!

This is the perfect condo to get away with the family! Gorgeous tasteful decor. Plenty of space for everyone. Deck and hot tub were fantastic. Beautiful park 1 minute away. Perfect spot to watch the sunset. I would absolutely stay here again!

Was a nice unit. Well appointed. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. There was a remote for direct TV but couldn't figure if we had it or not. Hot tub was nice but only 110v and could not maintain heat. Needs blackout blinds in all bedrooms. Close location to the beach. Overall very happy.

We had an amazing stay in San Clemete. This modern home was spacious and equipped with the most major amenities. The hot tub was a really great feature. The sunsets were wonderful and the home was clean and just steps to the most incredible beach. We truly enjoyed the condo and we will be back again to stay at this property.
