The Bridges has 4 outdoor pools, a swim-up bar, 6 passes included to the indoor/outdoor waterpark, zipline, outdoor children's play station, workout center, basketball & sand volleyball courts, and stocked fishing pond. Other resort features: Waterfront meeting room 4 easily walking-assessable waterfront restaurants Boji Splash Indoor Waterpark and Pickled Parrot Cantina ***NOTE: Off Season (day after Labor Day until Friday before Memorial Day) waterpark and pool hours are limited: Friday: 4 p.m.-8 p.m. Saturday: 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Sunday: 10 a.m.- 5 p.m. Master bedroom: king size bed, patio access, TV, full bathroom Bedroom 2: king size bed, TV Bedroom 3: king size bed, TV **All 3 beds are high quality Rockwell EPT 66 mattresses Bathroom: 2 full tub/showers Living room: TV, fireplace, leather couch with 2 electronic recliners, leather loveseat with 2 electronic recliners, 2 leather swivel chairs, (an air mattress is also provided that will fit in the living room) Fully stocked kitchen as for utensils and machines (coffee pot, Keurig, crockpot, pots/pans, others listed in "Amenities" tab) Tall island stools for 4, dining table has seating for 6 Linens & towels provided, washer and dryer in the unit Free Wi-Fi internet access Non-smoking, no pets allowed Bridges offers some availability for rental dock access. We spent 3 days at this property for a quick summer getaway with grandparents and our daughter. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed Arnold's Park and the property. Very new and clean, wonderful accommodations. The location was also super convenient to various dining, the amusement park and boat rentals. The on-site restaurants were great and the waterpark fun for littles. The fitness center was a bit run down, but good enough for a quick workout. The host was great - incredibly prompt and responsive to questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay! View is great off the patio and close to outdoor swimming pool. Loved the fire table on the back patio at night. Perfect place to stay for a family of 6!

Loved the area and the facilities. The place was just the right size for our family and met all our needs. Only negative was waterparks closing on Thursday due to heat...that's why you go to waterparks.

Our stay was wonderful. It was a little family getaway and the location and spaciousness of the condo was perfect for us. Overall 10 out of 10! Would recommend and stay there again. It was very well stocked (I wish it had a hair dryer but that was just an oversight on my part when packing). A few simple items that could use some attention are: 1) the outdoor patio. I realize that spiders love lakes, but the patio could use some love. It was extremely overrun with spiderwebs and the glass railing/deck was very dirty. My children did not want to spend anytime out on the patio due to this. 2) the shower curtain (in the master) just needs to be brought down a touch. it is super high and causes water to run down and out of the shower area, soaking the floor. I tried to adjust it myself but didnt want to damage it. 3)The lock for the main door into the building was not functioning while we were there. For safety I wish this was fixed. Other than those small things, it was perfection! The bedding is super nice and soft. There are LOTS of towels available and I loved that there was a usable washer and dryer. Great communication with the host!

Overall great stay! Very clean, kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook some big family meals with enough plates and cups also. Only cons were they were not any hooks to hang wet towels, swimsuits etc. for being a lake condo you would think there would be some. Very minor con but the towels are super small and we aren’t very big people. The parking and unloading area was not designed well but that has nothing to do with the owners of the unit. Okoboji is a great place and the check in process was great!

We enjoyed our stay at the extremely beautiful condo. It was clean and had an amazing view. It was stocked with hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels and had all the utensils and dinnerware we needed. Check out instructions were left on the counter and were very clear. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo didn’t disappoint. My husband nor I had ever visited the Lake Okaboji area and made rather last minute arrangements. This condo played a big part in our enjoyment of the trip. Very new and very clean. The unit is spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. The view was amazing and we very much enjoyed the well appointed kitchen. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to our friends.

My family and I (6 people total) stayed at this property for 5 days and couldn’t have asked for a better location! The condo and building are both very clean and nice. Great deck overlooking the lake. Definitely would stay here again

The inside of the condo was beautiful and very comfortable for 5 people. The deck was spacious and the view was perfect. Almost all amenities were there, but do bring your own hair dryer and wine glasses/corkscrew. The location on the lake and access to pool amenities were excellent perks, but the walk between the condo and those amenities was through parking lots and confusing-no sidewalks that take you there. A map of the property and more informative staff at the front desk would be helpful. Overall a wonderful long weekend vacation with family at this comfortable condo. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This condo was immaculate and included all we needed! There were plenty of towels, dishes, utensils, and appliances! The kids enjoyed the water park and we enjoyed the adult beverages! Arnold’s Park and public braces are just up the highway. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

We had such a lovely time staying here! My husband and I, along with our daughter, and some family members stayed in this condo just before the 4th. We had a perfect, unobstructed view of the Saturday fireworks from the balcony. The layout of the condo works great for a group of people - there is a large table and island nearby where everyone had a seat. The kitchen opens up to the living room with a view of the lake. We spent most of our time on the balcony and even enjoyed the gas-firepit table. We also rented a boat nearby and were able to get picked up on the docks just outside the unit - such a breeze. The unit itself is very clean - it's brand new! Since it's so new, there is still construction that is being worked on. This didn't bother us, but it's a little messy around the unit. Thanks for the lovely stay and memorable weekend! We're already looking at booking for 2023.

We had the best stay at Kirk's condo in Okoboji! The condo is new, very clean and the view from the deck is gorgeous. We were very happy with the communication from Kirk and his on-site contact. The parking and unloading is a little tricky, but other than that, no issues! We are already looking to book again next year!
