This is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that sleeps 8. Located in the popular, family friendly complex of The Ledges Condominiums. The Ledges Condominiums, one of the most popular locations at the lake, is situated right on the MAIN channel at the 21-mile marker. Besides its magnificent view, this complex offers the following amenities: • Two lakeview pools, one lakefront and one up on the hill, both with spectacular views. • Sandy beach with lake access for swimming • Playground • Fishing/swimming from the docks By water or by land this unit is conveniently located. Walmart and Dierbergs are closely located for groceries and drinks. If you need a night off from cooking, it is located a quick boat ride or car ride to many great waterfront restaurants, such as Redhead Yacht Club, Dog Days, Backwater Jacks, and for breakfast you must try The Cozy Café. The Outlet mall, putt putt golf, and go carting can be found only a few miles away. You don't even have to leave bed for a speculator view of water and boats. This master bedroom is lined with a large windows that look over the main channel. It also has a brand new king-sized bed, flat screen tv, Roku, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom features 2 full size beds that sleep 4 guest, flat screen tv, and roku. Living area includes a queen sofa bed that can sleep 2 guests, a flat screen tv, Roku, and sliding glass doors that lead to the patio. Effective February 25, 2024 the grill will be removed from the deck due to the new ordinance from the Osage Beach Fire Department. To make your stay more enjoyable we give you the convenience of traveling light. We supply linens, 9 bath towels, 2 paper towel rolls, 10 garbage bags, 4 rolls of toilet paper, and soaps (such as shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, and laundry detergent). We also have a full-size washer and dryer for your extended stays. Don’t forget to inquire about the 12x30’ boat slip for rent! No boat launch at this location. No trailer parking available at this location from May to September. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: *No use of fireplace *No Events or Parties including bachelorette/bachelor. *NO smoking/pets. *No grills *Check-in time: 4pm *Check-out: 11 am. *Must be at least 25 years old to rent. Sorry, no exceptions. *Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed *List of complex rules provided after booking. Guest responsible for any fines issued to them due to their negligence *Excessive mess after departure could result in additional cleaning fees. *Guest responsible for any damages they cause *Quiet hours: 11pm-7am *Pools open Memorial weekend and close after Labor Day weekend *Cancellation policy stands regardless of illness or weather. Travel insurance is recommended.

Beautiful views of the lake, and the mirrors on the wall are striking when the lake is reflecting in them! We enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything you need for a comfy weekend in. The outdoor furniture was comfortable, and there are plenty of kitchen tools to cook. The couch with the pullout bed was not the most comfortable to sit on - the seat was a bit shallow and the cushions are flat so they don't provide good padding between the person and the bed framing beneath. If the couch were replaced, this stay would be the comfiest! That one minor concern wouldn't affect our decision to stay again, though, and it shouldn't affect your decision either. If you want great lake views, a wonderful deck to sit on, and a nice lake condo, this is the place to go.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The lake views were amazing! The condo was clean, updated, and everything needed was provided. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the mornings and evenings watching the boats go by. One evening we were fortunate to see an eagle fly over our balcony. Would definitely come back!

We enjoyed our stay! Smell and cleanliness of the floors of the condo could use some improvement but we wouldn’t mind staying here again. Loved the balcony looking over the lake!

The condo is currently under a construction phase. The decks are in the process of being rebuilt. Upon arrival the deck was cluttered and unfinished. There were many nails on the decking from construction. Siding is unfinished. There was a bare wire hanging from the ceiling. The deck chairs and table were filthy. I have been a licensed residential contractor for over thirty years. This is totally unacceptable for use to the public. By any building code the wiring needs to be in an approved junction box. No management professional would allow occupancy prior to this being completed. I contacted the unit manager and got an unacceptable reply telling me they were approved to rent. It was obvious this unit was not inspected by the manager prior to renting the unit. I have a condo in Kihei Maui which I rent. We have used VRBO in the past. As an owner I would be both embarrassed and incensed if my unit was rented in this condition. No communication about the unit being under construction was in the listing. This is a deceptive practice on the part of the owner of the condo. We cleaned the deck furniture and picked up the nails off the deck. We loved the Ozarks but would not rent from this owner again. As an owner you need to be honest on what it is you are offering. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

My wife and I have made it a tradition to go stay at the lake for my birthday every year and our stay was amazing. We've stayed in this complex several times over the years and we've stayed in another condo owned by Charlie and Shelia, and their condo are REALLY NICE. We go to the lake several times a year so we will definitely be back to this condo.

This location was so nice and breath taking. They were doing a lot of repairs while we were there however I wasn’t bothered. I assume my one year old bothered the neighbors below because they knocked on the door. The people above me where noisy but I wouldn’t dream of telling people not to live their normal live during the day. The lake view was amazing and the reason why I came . Definitely visit this space

We had a great time at this place. The view and location was very nice! We enjoyed the floor to ceiling windows and balcony! Only piece of advice would be to get new shower heads as the ones in both showers are not great!
