Covered deck with tiled floor. Located close to bars and restaurants by land and water. Included is a 12x32 ft boat slip. The condominium complex offers two pools, a playground and family picnic pavilions with grills. This unit is close to one of the pools and playground. The Kitchen is fully eqiupped and the gas grill is awaiting your barbeque! The main living area offers a pull out sofa sleeper couch, love seat. smart TV. The Master suite has a King bed, private bath, walk in closet and TV, access to the covered deck. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed, walk in closet and a half bath. Check in 3pm, Check out is 10am unless otherwise arranged.

This condo is situated beautifully on the lake of the ozarks in Osage beach. As an extra bonus to the lake, there is a pool directly across the street from the condo. Gorgeous views.

We had two teams of youth bass fishermen and this location was ideal. Steps from the boat dock. Owner was very helpful in giving us a lead on a second boat slip. Condo had all the things we needed.

The property was situated on the water and was easily accessible. The condo was clean with no issues. Our host was available and explained all of the amenities. We will definitely stay here again.

Property was clean and as advertised. We had problems with unlocking the front door ( wrong door code ). Smart tv ( no cable ). Had to ask for address and number of unit. Poor communication.

The condo is very clean and spacious. The AC is fantastic and kept everyone cool, even with the 100+ degree heat. The deck is also very spacious, and the ceiling fans keep it comfortable. The pools are very nice. 10/10 would recommend.

We had a great experience. The property was clean and communication with the host was easy and responses were fast. We were especially happy with the large deck as we had 6 people. With 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, we didn't feel crowded. We would book with Jim again.

This condo is definitely spacious and was perfect for our long 4th of July weekend! And we loved the large deck overlooking the lake...it was perfect for relaxing in the evening and watching people kayak and fish in the lake, as well as watching the water turtles. We would definitely recommend this rental for a nice relaxing family getaway.
