Lovely home on a quiet street - just don't leave the property! Apparently, the neighbors are sensitive to others in the area. I made the mistake of walking down the path and I guess the neighbors didn't like that. It was my fault, though, I should have paid more attention to the information.

The house was beautiful and comfortable! It was also conveniently located for our exploring Silver Lake State park and Willamette valley. Communication and check in were great!
We would recommend this house to an by one in the area!

We enjoyed wine tasting and exploring. Always a plus to have a nice place to stay. We have one dog. The property is fully fenced.

Communication throughout rental process was excellent. The house was nicely decorated and updated- clean upon arrival. The pizza oven was great- plenty of firewood and the necessary tools for the oven. We will stay here again next time we are visiting our son! Thank you for sharing your house with us!

My friends and I were looking for a cute place to stay which this was! It’s a great property and decor was super cute. Unfortunately you could tell the place had not been cleaned. The property manager was very responsive, which I appreciate and did refund some of the cleaning fee but it was still a bit disappointing to show up to the house like that. The property manager also knew we had 7 people but there were no extra sheets or blankets at the house for the 7th person to sleep. There was also no manual so we weren’t sure where certain things where and when I reached out to the property manager asking about the speakers, he said they don’t work. We also were excited to make pizzas in the pizza oven outside but it turned it out that there was no wood so we couldn’t, it would have been nice to know that it wasn’t stocked. My guests and I could deal with these hiccups but the one that made us extremely uncomfortable and sent me over the edge was when my guests and I walked down the street to see the neighborhood and the neighbor next door started filming us for no reason and was very rude to us for no reason. It was the oddest thing I’ve ever seen experienced and did not feel safe. She was very rude and made my guests and my experience staying at this house pretty bad. It made me sad because this was our little getaway and it’s just unfortunate when the place you’re staying causes problems instead of relief like it should for a vacation.

Our group was in town for wine tasting in the Eola-Amity area. This house was a fairly good location for that and we didn't have any trouble crossing the river to get to the wineries. The house is very cute and looks just like the pictures. Overall, for the price we were happy with our stay.
Pros: good outdoor space, comfy beds, cute design elements, excellent AC, close to shopping/necessities/Salem restaurants, easy to get to wineries
Cons: while the design elements are cute it makes the house too hard to clean well (lots of rugs, baskets, etc. that trap dirt and make the space feel cluttered), not a well stocked kitchen- lots of sharing coffee mugs and the house had maybe 4 dollar store steak knives and no other cutting utensils that we found, no large table/dining area, bar area that is cute but really not used at all, neighborhood is ok (new house built right in front of property) and apparently neighbors are not stoked to have VRBO guests coming and going

This home is beautifully decorated and in a quiet location. It has easy access to all that the Willamette Valley has to offer. The only issue we had was there nespresso pods didn't fit the coffee machine. We reached out to the owner, and they responded really quickly and promptly ordered more pods, but again they weren't the right size. Not a deal breaker by any means, though. Overall it was a nice stay.

We needed a spot close to Eugene for the World Athletics Championship. This house has a great layout and amount of space for a family, especially teens. We really enjoyed the private, peaceful back patio and the open concept first floor. Close to a grocery and easy to get on the highway. We would stay again.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property. It measured up to its listing and we were grateful to be in an AC home during the heat wave. The only downside is the property could use a deep cleaning and dusting. Also, the internet cut out during our second day and Manny was unresponsive to my inquiry about getting it fixed (I work remotely and it was essential during my time in Oregon). Unfortunately, the wi-fi didn't come back on with rendered the TV and my computer useless. I ended up going out to purchase a hotspot.
Ultimately, we enjoyed our stay and would be back again (with a hotspot packed).

Quiet and 15min from Salem
Nice stay overall. Sadly the sheets were dirty in the primary, and the towels were damp (not dried all the way).
Back yard is very nice, and it is a very quiet area.

We really enjoyed staying here after a day of wine tasting in nearby Salem. The house is very nicely updated with a great outdoor space. My group loved staying here!

Neat house, would have been a better fit if we didn’t have a young child, or if they changed some of the decor. Rugs slip easily on the tile floor, lot of attention spent of decorating and seems to not be as much on function. Master shower has no where to set anything, wide sofa table takes up space and serves no purpose. Office with barn door off the kids room causes sound and light from downstairs to easily disrupt child sleeping.
The black and white theme looks nice, but causes black fuzzies to be stuck to the white sheets which doesn’t look nice. Deep clean needs done on the floor boards, blinds and so on.
Overall it was ok, cute house and neat spot off the busy roads.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Keizer. We were in town for a Willamette University graduation and Manuel couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. We were able to have a small celebration with friends and family without a problem. The 4 star rating is only because, while the house was clean, it didn't seem as if it had been cleaned before our arrival (countertops, low/no stock of essentials, etc.). Manuel was very responsive however, and had coffee and other essentials sent to the house so that we were comfortable. All in all, a wonderful and memorable celebration weekend. Thank you!

We loved the location - easy drives to college visits in Portland, Eugene, and Corvallis. Also easy drives to the Coast and Mountains. We also loved the house - clean, modern, and spacious. Comfortable beds. The large backyard with fire pit was a huge hit with our teens for relaxing after long days of college visits/sightseeing.

This property has potential. However when we arrived it hadn’t been fully cleaned, there was a plumbing issue with the toilet, and the tub was not usable. Manny helped us resolve as much as he could with that.
Also the listing was somewhat misleading. The children’s room is a loft with an open wall and no closing door. The yard is not fully fenced in.
Also the neighbor tried to tell me I couldn’t walk down the street.
So even though the host was helpful and resolved the big issues, it was definitely challenging and disappointing.
The washer and dryer work very well, the kitchen is spacious, once the tub was fixed it was very nice.

We were immediately blown away by how beautiful the home was and the accuracy of the listing. We had a party of 6 and all needed to drive separately due to our work schedules and we’re all able to park with no issues! We loved how spacious the home was! Would recommend this stay!
