Nestled in Clearwater Beach, this lovely cottage for R 8,173 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Guests can choose between a private gated neighborhood access or a slightly closer public access. Both provide beautiful beaches and fabulous sunsets. With an open floor plan, 3 large bedrooms (including 2 w/Kings), and updated baths, this home will be perfect for one or multiple families. Relax and unwind in the gigantic SPA for 8 in the fenced in backyard! A Beach Cart and Beach Chairs are also provided! Upon entering the home you are greeted with the first large Family Room. Two french doors lead from the Family Room to a brand new covered Screened-in Porch area for eating meals and lounging. Adjoining the Family Room is a large dining room (seating for 8) and an open kitchen. The bedrooms have great separation and privacy: Bedroom 1- King bed Bedroom 2- Queen bunk bed (with Twin up top) plus a Full bed (with a twin trundle below) Bedroom 1 and 2 share a totally renovated spacious bathroom. On the other side of the house there is a SECOND Family Room which has double doors that can close off the entire wing from the rest of the house. Bedroom 3- King bed with attached en-suite Bath The split plan can allow multiple families or friends to maintain a bit more privacy than would normally be offered. There is access to the fenced backyard from each of the two living wings. Guests have full access to the entire property. The home sits in a quiet residential neighborhood, and is surrounded by other non-rental homes. We request that you respect the neighborhood, by adhering to the city's quiet hours (10pm to 8am). The city may impose fines for breaking the noise ordinance. The property may not be used to host events or parties.

Our state in Clearwater Beach was fabulous! The home was very clean, well appointed, and in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. There was easy access to restaurants and shopping. However, traffic is always a challenge at the beach. I would definitely recommend this home and stay there again.

What an amazing week in Clearwater. This house is in the perfect location. It was so wonderful being in a quiet neighborhood that was only a short 4-5 minute walk to the beach. The home had everything we needed and the owners were very responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. THANK YOU for a great week!

The home was beautiful and yet quite comfortable. Lots of options for beds and places to watch tv. Having 2 living rooms was nice. My kids got to chose between the kids living room and the "spare bedroom" to watch a show at night. The kitchen could use a little updating but it had everything you could need in it. I enjoyed cooking in it and using the grill. The patio was super helpful at having dinners outside out of the sun and kept the bugs away. My kids also really enjoyed the hot tub with a little bar attached. The beach was a short straight walk through the quiet neighborhood. It was away from the busy downtown, and we pretty much had the place to ourselves. And yet, it was large and clean. We even saw dolphins for a little bit. And SO many shells and sand dollars. The places was clean, spacious and mostly updated. The bathroom was beautiful. I would totally stay here again. They even had toys, towels, and wagon for the beach, and games and puzzle for when you wanted to stay in for a while.

We had a great time at Clearwater Beach. This property has plenty of room, and is laid out perfectly. It is close to the beach and just a short drive to all of the restaurants and nightlife. We stayed out during the day and paired a lot of cards on the back patio. The owners are super friendly and helpful. We would absolutely book this property again!

My husband and I stayed here with our four children (10,6 and 10 month old twins) and my parents as well. We all enjoyed our time here. We had family dinners at the large dining table and uno battles every night. We walked to the beach multiple times a day! Such a cozy home in a cute neighborhood. During the week, we basically had the beach to ourselves. On the weekend, there were definitely more people but still less than if we stayed off the main strip. The home had beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, wagon and small ice chests. These were sooo helpful as we were from out of town and couldn’t bring all of these things on the plane. We had an amazing time and would gladly stay here again!

The area is residential and quieter than the South Beach but we really enjoyed this after 2 weeks in Disney. The beach is very close and there is lots of beach equipment and towels. South beach, shops, restaurants and Pier 60 are a short drive away. We also went to Caladesi Island for a day trip. We thoroughly recommend staying here.

This is a great house in the nicest neighborhood in Clearwater Beach. My wife and daughters lived in Clearwater for years, and north Clearwater Beach is where you want to be -- and stay. Ryan was a great host, super responsive, and the house is a fantastic place to wind down after a long day at the beach!

Upon arrival, check in was super easy. The property was clean and well supplied with everything you need for your stay. I especially enjoyed having all the supplied beach gear such as chairs, toys, umbrella, and wagon. Traveling from out of state, these items were convenient to have. The beach is just a short walk from the house and much less crowded than other locations along Clearwater. Some days, we had the beach almost to ourselves. Overall, this property was excellent and I highly recommend it.

Perfect home away from home

Perfect home away from home

This property was perfect, clean, and was well equipped with everything we needed! The hosts were nothing short of amazing and were always very prompt with all our questions! I had asked if they by chance had a cooler on the property for us to use as we were trying to travel lightly as we had a group of 8, (including four children). At the time they did not have one there, however they brought one over for us, prior to our arrival, so that we didn’t have to worry about packing one! They are truly amazing and incredibly helpful and friendly! I would book this vrbo again in a heartbeat and cannot wait to go back in the future! The neighborhood is clean and everyone is very friendly! We felt very safe here! The beach was a very short walk away which was perfect! We enjoyed the close north beach area which was not crowded at all and was very relaxing! Pier 60 is within walking distance and we did walk down there along the beach as well which was fantastic and breathtaking! We also used the jolley trolley at times, for example to run to the grocery store and to go downtown! Downtown is also within walking distance if needed! Cannot wait to go back and book this place again!
