If something breaks, please notify me immediately. All items are accounted for. If something goes missing there will be additional charges incurred for replacement. Prices vary per item. Stained towels, sheets, or blankets (after being treated and/or bleached and the stain still exists) will be subject to additional charges for replacement. DO NOT move any furniture without asking me first. If you bring your furry friends and there is damage or waste is left in the yard an additional fee will be applied.
