Rosen Retreat – Located in the gated community of Innsbruck Golf & Resort and only minutes away from downtown Helen. Innsbruck offers affordable golf with gorgeous mountain views, as well as swim and tennis. Take advantage of Valhalla during your stay. Fine dining available or visit the Solasta spa. This cabin features 3 bedrooms as well as 3 full baths. Master bedroom (upper level) has a king-sized bed. Loft area has twin trundle for the kids if needed. Bedroom (main level) has a king-sized bed. Bedroom (basement level) has a queen-sized bed. Each bedroom has a new flatscreen smart TV for streaming. Fully stocked kitchen for preparing any meals. Charcoal grill available. Family room with gas fireplace, basement has a separate living room with pull-out sofa, and ping pong table. Both living spaces have new flatscreen smart TVs for streaming. Multiple deck levels for enjoying morning coffee or peaceful evenings. Hot tub off lower deck with wonderful privacy. Front porch time in the rockers or swing. Spend some evenings at the firepit roasting marshmallows after a fun day exploring all that the Helen and North Georgia area has to offer. The opportunities are limitless. The roller coaster, putt-putt, water park, tubing, fly fishing (and more) are all located in town. Venture out to horseback riding, ziplining, waterfall hikes, kayaking, white water rafting and so much more. Minimum age requirement is 25 years or older. All roads are paved and very easy access. Parking for 2 vehicles in driveway, 1 on small area next to driveway (3 vehicle max) Parking passes required for all vehicles. This is NOT a pet friendly cabin.

We had a blast in Helen! The property was very clean and we loved the lay out of the house. There is a bed room and bathroom on each floor. Everyone had their own privacy. It is a short drive, about 7 minutes, to all of the main attractions. Will definitely stay again!

The property was absolutely amazing. Our party continually commented on how well thought out everything was concerning dishes and accessories. Everything we could have asked for was there. We had 3 adult couples staying and the 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths were perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We were overly impressed with the cleanliness and preparedness of this property, upon entering. The location of the home felt quiet in the wooded subdivision, while being so close to downtown Helen. The neighbors were very friendly-even the bear! The cost of this rental home was very affordable for the amenities. Our family greatly enjoyed staying here, and the management/owners were a plus.

We had the best weekend in Helen. We love visiting this town. This home was absolutely perfect! The pictures do not do it justice. It was very clean. Check-in process was simple and stress free along with checking out. The community is beautiful and we felt very safe. It was peaceful and relaxing. We ended our night with a fun family ping pong tournament. I highly recommend this property.

Rosen retreat is a beautiful cabin set in an amazing setting. Whilst it felt secluded it was very accessible. Lots to do in the area but we also enjoyed staying at the cabin, relaxing in the hot tub or warming up around the fire.

Was informed only 3 vehicles allowed. The pad was not large enough for 3 vehicles and no posted place for 3rd vehicle. The neighbors took pictures of the one vehicle parked on grass and sent hoa. Got a knock on door to infoyus we had to move it and where. Would be helpful if it were marked or in info at home.

Beautiful 3BR/3BA home with plenty of space. Stayed with 2 other couples and it was nice for us all to have our own bathroom. The home was very clean as was the hot tub. Kitchen was well equipped and functional. The bedrooms had nice bedding and the beds were very comfortable. We would stay here again, wish we had longer to enjoy it than just the weekend!

Such a nice property! It was so comfortable and inviting. Actually, the pictures do not do it justice. The road is windy, so I would not recommend traveling here in snowy or icy weather.

Rosen retreat was exactly as pictured and exceptionally clean! It was close to town, but being in the Innsbruck resort, it was really quiet and we were away from all of the hustle and bustle of town making it a very peaceful place to stay! The cabin was beautiful and had everything we could possibly need during our stay. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Perfect retreat from the craziness of city life
This cabin came well supplied with things you normally have to run to your nearest Walmart to pick up. And visitors should be keep in mind that your going for a nature retreat, not a stay at the Ritz. You should expects the occasional spider and other creatures. But nothing out of the ordinary when camping. They keep the place VERY tidy. We cannot wait to go back. And I haven't even mentioned how great the town of Helen is. You will have a wonderful time and come back refreshed. I personally started to consider buying a place there myself and take advantage of the remote work options I've been offered. It was that good.

The cabin at Innsbrook in Helen was amazing! We had a few hiccups at the beginning of our stay when the water main to our area burst, but other than that, the trip was relaxing and so much fun! I would love to have a cabin just like this one somewhere in north Georgia! It exceeded my expectations!!!

Peaceful and pleasant
This property was fabulous. A cute hideaway in a tourist town. The house had a place for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. Clean & neat. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Beautiful and fully equipped cabin!
Beautiful property that the owner has given alot of attention to detail to. It is fully equipped with anything you could possibly need. The ping-pong table in the basement was a hit for the kiddos. ☺️
My only suggestion would be for the housekeeper to give more attention to detail. It is a pet-friendly home (which I love and is one reason we booked here!!!) but there was previous dog hair on the steps going upstairs and downstairs, across the bottom of the couch in the main living area, and under the beds with dust accumulation and something sticky.
That is NOT a reflection on the homeowner or their beautiful property! ☺️ Thank you so much for sharing your cabin with us and for the wonderful memories we made!!!

Great stay
The property was very nice. Really enjoyed staying at this house. Only issues was the upstairs toilet, had to continue to open the top and use the plunger. Also need to check out the fireplace, keeps cutting off.

The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained.
Fireplace kept shutting off and coming back on a random times even on lowest setting, but it wasn’t a big deal.
