A safe (gated) and quiet location at a good price. It's great if you rent a car. Entire estate is very new (so new that google maps don't have it on), but it's easy to find. Washing machine not mentioned in the description was a welcome bonus.

The hot water gas boiler was switched off entirely. You get instructions on your whatsapp how to light it. The apartment was cleaned just before our arrival, so that could have been switched on beforehand. One or two AC outside units were extremely loud at times (could be neighbors unit, but noise was loud either way).
