Ocean’s View is a freshly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, oceanfront condominium in the gated community of Colony Cove. Located on the second floor, Ocean’s View offers brilliant ocean views from the gallery of the clear Caribbean water. You can also watch the seaplane take off and land or catch a wind surfer right from your own private gallery. Not to mention Ocean's View is a snorkeler's paradise with great snorkeling just out front! Whether you plan to relax, explore or both, St. Croix has you covered. Including breathtaking beaches, lush rainforest, shopping, dining, excursions and more. Our condominium features 2 king size beds and a queen size pull-out couch to accommodate 6. We welcome families and provide use of a pack-n-play and highchair. The family room is conditioned by a mini-split AC unit and each bedroom has their own AC unit. Each room is furnished with flat screen smart TV’s as well. Included is free unlimited Wi-Fi to ensure you keep up with your favorite social media outlets or stream your favorite show. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities if you choose to dine in, make your favorite island inspired beverage or enjoy coffee on the gallery. Nearby grocery stores, Food Town and GMAX Convenience Center are both stocked with essentials to get you started. The kitchen includes a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience as well. Please note: our family has animal allergies and for our health we keep this listing, which is our home, animal free. We are unable to host emotional support animals or pets and appreciate your cooperation and understanding. Colony Cove is a private gated community with access to the beach and pool, with parking included. You can enjoy relaxing poolside or on the white sand beach, both are just steps away. You can visit us on Instagram as well @ oceansedge_usvi Sargassum Seaweed Update: The Caribbean Sea has been experiencing a higher volume of sargassum seaweed in recent years. While the staff at Colony Cove removes it daily, the seaweed can pile on the beach and when in large amounts, potentially create an unpleasant smell. We like to inform our guests because the seaweed could potentially prevent enjoyable use of our beach. The sargassum seaweed is most prevalent during the hotter months of late July through September. This condition is unpredictable on a week-to-week basis and something that is out of our control. As a result, we cannot issue refunds as a result of sargassum.

We had a wonderful vacation at ocean's view in August 2023 as a family of 4. The condo is spaccious, clean, the propery is safe/ well maintained. The beach infront of the property is unswimmable however, we drove to beautiful beaches to the west for a calm relaxing swims. We met kind residents at the complex that made our stay memorable. We will retun soon!

The condo was in a convenient location to Christiansted. The community was secure and well maintained. We were not able to access the beach from the condo due to the seaweed but there were several gorgeous beaches within a short drive. The condo was as described and perfect for our group. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept like rocks! Would stay in this location again.

Yes it is an older complex but well taken care off. Our condo has been remodeled and was very nice, centrally located on the island made easy to get to both ends with ease. They do have a security guard that we saw even at night. The pool was getting a renovation and the work was almost done when we left. I would definitely return to this condo when we come back.

Delighted wirh our stay in this attractive and comfortable condo.Gorgeous ocean view, steps to the beach, convenient location, well-equipped kitchen, and plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out. Easy communication with our host who was very considerate of our needs.

The property was as listed. Nice amenities. Only complaint about the property was locking and unlocking the front door. That was a little tricky. We just locked the black screen door. Gina was awesome and very attentive to our questions and concerns!!

This property is a great value and fit our family perfectly. It was an awesome jumping off spot for adventures all over the island, while still being close enough to start our days in Christiansted with a coffee from VI Coffee Roasters. Gina was especially helpful and responsive. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to visit St. Croix.

The owner/host was excellent to work with. She was very fair and responsive to our questions and needs. The condo was clean, adequately equipped, comfortable beds, in a convenient location, with a good view of the ocean. The condo complex was clean and well kept, and the pool was very nice.

We really enjoyed our stay while at the Ocean's View. It was our first major vacation with our little one. The highchair and pack-n-play were greatly appreciated! The property is beautiful. Wish the front door lock was able to be changed, but we understand the building not allowing it (per previous comments). Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful condo!

Nice place to stay clean and central location made it convenient. Only issue was the door lock needs to go takes 5 minutes or more sometimes get it to lock or unlock properly Ive never seen a lock so difficult to use.

This property was a gem. We are a family of 6, and found the condo very comfortable. The outdoor space was incredible, the pool was refreshing, and the community is central to everything. Christiansted was minutes away, and access to a variety of restaurants and grocery options were right outside the community.
